This romantic bungalow hideaway is nestled in the middle of the top historic neighborhood in downtown Mesa. The neighborhood is famous for its large trees and green belts. It was rated the 'Best Old House Neighborhood 2011: the Southwest' by This Old House, online. Spending time here is like traveling back to simplier times. It is like living in Mayberry. You will see couples strolling the neighborhood with their babies and their dogs. Neighbors enjoy wine on their front porches and say hello to passerbys.
This cozy studio apartment is within easy walking distance of many local restaurants, bars and museams. This beautiful property features a private entrance and balcony for outside dining. It has many windows which create a very light bright atmosphere. The Studio has a separate eat-in kitchen and walk-in closet with washer and dryer. Satellite TV is provided at no extra charge.
Free bus service is available to the Cub's Hohokam Stadium. The Mesa Convention Center and Center for the Arts are within easy walking distance.

Dan and Jeory have been married for 37 years and have raised three children and are currently enjoying their three grandchildren.
This estate found us and we fell immediately in love with it. The main house is over 100 years old and the entire estate has been updated by the previous architect-owner so that it is the favorite destination on the historic house tour each year in Mesa.
The property has incredible personality and charm. It is located in the center of downtown Mesa in a friendly quiet neighborhood.
