Lovely Edinburgh 1 bedrom apartment with parking

This apartment has recently been completed to a high standard and is located on the first floor with secure entry system.

There is an allocated parking space, and gas central heating.

The separate kitchen has integrated appliances including washer dryer, fridge freezer, dish washer, and a microwave.

The lounge/dining area has a contemporary feel, with dining table and chairs, a leather sofa bed and two relaxing leather recliner chairs, great to sit back and watch the LCD TV with free view or even a DVD.

In the bedroom you will find a luxury king size bed, and plenty of storage in the built in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. The Spacious bathroom has an electric shower and heated towel rail.

For those that enjoy a city break but like to enjoy open spaces for walking or jogging then choose Royal Park, Clock Mill Lane as an ideal base to your stay.

The apartment is close to Meadowbank sports centre and a wide selection of shops. A short 15 minute walk or quick bus ride will take you to the East end of Princess Street passing the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre and the Omni Centre where you will find a range of bars, restuarants and a cinema.

The flat was as clean and stylish as in the photos. I booked after reading other reviews on how quiet this area was (despite nearby trains) and I was not disappointed. Slept like a log and loved having the gates to Holyrood Park just at the end of the road. It was like stepping into another world and not like being in a city at all. For those heading towards the buses or shops, including a supermarket, there is a handy shortcut to London Road. This flat became a home from home for me. Jayne, who owned the flat, was a genuinely warm person, who made me very welcome. Edinburgh had lots to offer, and mostly within easy walking distance. I would certainly like to return and would recommend this flat to family and friends. There is plenty of storage and all the facilities you could possibly need. As a single person, I felt secure and cosy. I cannot fault this as a perfect base for those who want to stay in a city but also like the green space to escape to. It's the best of both worlds.
