Beautiful renovated apartments with swimming pool in the heart of the Chianti region in Tuscany, Italy.

The house is situated in a quiet position on a hill with an incredible 360° panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards. Enjoy the sun, relax in the sun loungers and refresh yourself with a dip in the large outdoor swimming pool. An truly Italian 'dolce vita' vacation!

The farmhouse has been recently refurbished in traditional Tuscan style and is divided into 2 holiday apartments. Each apartment (110 m²) has its own patio and private garden and is equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, open fireplace, satellite TV, dish washer and washing machine.

The vacation apartments are structured over 2 floors: on the main floor is a spacious living room with couches and TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub and shower. An extra single bed can be added at extra charge.

- Apartment 1 (5 people): single bedroom, two double bedrooms

- Apartment 2 (6 people): single bedroom, double bedroom, triple bedroom (double and single beds)

On request Chianti tours can be organized: wine tours and visits to local wine cellars, guided mountains bike tours, balloon tours over the Tuscany landscape. More information upon request.

Very nice

1. The accommodation: very nice but no AC in the groundfloor. Even electric fans in the livingroom and small bedroom will help. The Owner was very nice and helpful.

"1. Die Unterkunft:
Die Wohnung war sauber und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Der Garten war optimal für unseren kleinen Hund, da er eingezäunt war. Der Pool war sauber und die Aussicht sehr schön. Kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

2. Die Region:
Ist sehr schön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.

3. Der Reservierungsprozess durch NorthItaly.eu:
Schnell und zuverlässig.
