Why Cory Lochridge chose Flagstaff
In 2004 Renee and I decided to purchase the Ice Cave house. The house was used as a primary residence until 2013 when we decided to convert the house into a vacation rental. The location is ideal for visitors heading to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, or Northern Arizona University.
What makes this house unique
Our home is perfect for families with small kids that need baby gates, strollers, high chairs, and pack-n-play. The house is baby proof with all breakable items out of reach of young children.
