A good-sized kitchen, with wooden units and black granite worktop, is fully equipped with matching white goods. They include an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Four matching white and chrome bar stools are provided for casual dining at the breakfast bar, which also benefits from low-level lighting. The window, with blind, above the sink gives perfect sea views.
For more formal dining, make your way into the dining area, with glass topped wooden table and 6 chairs. A small matching occasional table is also available. Light streams through the patio doors and window, both of which have blinds, should you need to cool the room down. You can access the WiFi, or an iPod docking station ensures you can listen to your favourite music at any time.
Move into the air-conditioned lounge, which although simply furnished has lovely splashes of colour. Make your choice from one of the two comfortable sofas and chair, and then rest your drink on the wooden and glass topped coffee table. Another small table is provided for the lamp. When you are settled, entertain yourself with the large flat screen TV and play station 3(please remember to bring your games). Both the patio doors, which lead out onto the pool area, and side window have blinds.
Outside, you will be thrilled by the pool, the 6 sunbeds, outdoor shower and the 2 parasols with bases. Nothing is left to chance. Palm and banana trees border the area, so enjoy eating al fresco, the meal you have cooked on either the gas or Cypriot BBQ, around the glass topped rattan table with 6 chairs. The large gas BBQ has a side burner and griddle. The outdoor cozy lounge furniture sits on a spacious patio and provides an ideal location for your morning coffee or ice-cold afternoon beer whilst taking in the glorious sunshine. Finally, table tennis is provided should you want a change from splashing around in the pool.
The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower over bath, window, sink and vanity mirror.
All the bedrooms have stylish wood and metal furniture, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps and colourful wall canvases/paintings. They also all have access onto their very own balconies complete with chairs and space saving marble shelves, on which to rest your drinks – a great idea!
The main double bedroom also has a dressing table and stool and its very own ensuite shower room. Its balcony overlooks the pool area.
The first twin bedroom’s balcony also looks out over the pool area, but also has the added luxury of a chest of drawers, mirror, flat screen TV and playstation 2 (please remember to bring your games).
The other twin bedroom with large mirror, is located at the front of the property, meaning the balcony makes the most of the wonderful sea views.
Kapparis: Nestling along the east is the beautiful resort of Kapparis. Restful cafe bars, restaurants and several small supermarkets and a bakery populate the main road. There are a couple of car hire/excursion agents.Kapparis is a pleasant village with new shops opening all the time. Recent additions include an Italian restaurant, a tea shop, two new wine bars - Mello and the Vines, a Chinese restaurant as well as a Folios a new restaurant positioned on the left just as you drive into Kaparris which has quickly established a good reputation. Other more established outlets are updating their image to broaden their appeal to the tourist, such as Falaros restaurant, also now with bar. There are several small beaches just off the main street(Malama, Agia Triada and Firemans beach) with water sports and snack bars. The Malama Hotel has a pool, bar, shop & tennis courts, all open to the public. Kapparis is a relatively restful resort but one that is growing in popularity and is now open all year.
Protaras: With Fig Tree Bay at its heart is famous for its white sandy beaches and sparkling blue waters. It is the main beach resort. Looked over by green rolling hills you can find rugged cliffs standing high over small sandy coves and local fish tavernas serving fresh fish whilst you take in the wonderful scenery. A short drive takes you to the scenic valley of the windmills, where what seems like hundreds of rotating fan blades help to pump the water that irrigates this fertile land. Water sports are available, including water-skiing and windsurfing This is a family orientated resort offering great entertainment, including mini-golf, a sea aquarium and evening entertainment at the Eden Square.
Ayia Napa: Ayia Napa: Ayia Napa is a bustling resort with plenty of activities and entertainments for the whole family. Nissi beach is perhaps the most famous of the many sandy beaches in the area. Pay a visit to the old monastery and the local museum. The harbour has some excellent fish restaurants. If your passion is to dance the night away, then you will be spoiled for choice from the many lively bars and nightclubs. The WaterPark is said to be one of the largest in Europe. The Cypriot people are naturally very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They have a strong tradition for family life so children are made to feel welcome in most restaurants. English is spoken by most Cypriots.
