Apartment recently built, spacious and bright, with covered patio

A large, bright apartment of recent construction with stone finishing and spacious covered patio, on the ground floor of a villa which can house four families, at 1,200m from the sea and close to the centre of the village. The apartment is made up of a double bedroom, a twin room (sleeps a total of 4 persons), a bathroom with shower, a large living room with kitchenette, a pretty covered patio with table and chairs, garden and covered parking space.

Equipment: Colour TV with digital receiver, washing machine, iron and ironing board, wall safe, barbecue, table and chairs on the veranda.

Standard Equipment: Cooking pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, brooms, buckets, kitchen utensils, tables, wardrobes, sofas.

Lotzorai is situated within the province of Ogliastra, at just 1km from the eastern coastline of Sardinia, which overlooks the Mediterranean. It is bordered by two rivers: the Rio Pramaera to the north and Rio Girasole to the south.

The village can be easily reached from the north and from the south via the SS125 East Sardinia highway, from the west via the SP56 main road and is only 5km from the port of Arbatax and 3km from the Tortolì-Arbatax airport. Furthermore, Lotzorai is located close to the enchanting tourist port of Santa Maria Navarrese and less than 3km from the hamlet of Tancau sul Mare.

The coastline of Lotzorai is characterised by its crystal-clear waters and a wide beach of white sand which stretches between Santa Maria Navarrese and Arbatax. It reaches from the hamlet of Tancau sul Mare to the port of Arbatax and it is where you can find, among others, the beautiful beaches of Tancau, Pollu and Is Orrosas (or The Lido of Roses).

The apartment rental is located near the beautiful beaches and Pollu Is Orrosas and a few kilometers from the beach Tancau. The apartment is newly built and equipped with new furniture, modern and functional. It has a kitchenette with oven, living room with TV and digital terrestrial television, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double. It is located near the center of town in a comfortable position in the resort. It has reserved parking.
