Comfortable 2BDR/2BTH with a view on Closseum, up to 7 people!

This delightful 2BDR apartment (85s.m.) is located just 50 meters from the famous Colosseum (see the view from the window in the photo!!!), In an area which was once the site of a gladiatorial school where warriors would train and live before fighting to the death. Getting to the many other famous historical sights of the Eternal City is very easy from here, as many of them are within walking distance and the metro is just a few meters away. The apartment itself has been comfortably furnished and is very well-equipped, including a fully-outfitted kitchen for those days when you don’t feel like going out to one of the many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood. Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment is comfortable and convenient, making it a great choice whenever you’re visiting Rome. If you are a group of 6-7 people, you will find it comfortable and you will combine the breathless location with an incredibly reasonable price per person.

The apartment is located just 50 meters from the famous Colosseum (see the view from the window in the thumbnail photo!!!), in the historical and archeological heart of Rome. The ancient Roman forum is just 2 minutes walk from the house as well. Plenty of restaurants and pizzerias are just downstairs (La Carbonara, La Cicala e la Formica, La Vecchia Roma, Le Carrette). there is a supermarket open 7 days out of 7 just at 20 meters as well. AN exciting and unique 3D experience of ancient Rome is as well few walks from the apartment (3d rewind go and have a look!!) You can easily walk through the centre of Rome, all the major amenities are within 20 minutes walk (Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, spanish steps, Navona Square). If you want to enjoy Rome without bothering about public transportation and taxis, rent this apartment and bring with you only some comfortable shoes!!

Nicely located apartment in heart of Rome, could not ask for any better . Well presented and cost effective. Clean and convenient. Would recommend to family. It was a pleasure a great location and handy to lots of shopping, food and transport. Would definitely stay there again. You cannot go wrong with this place.......

Thank you for staying in your great luxury and convenient apartment. It is a perfect place to relax in the middle of Rome.
Because it is located so centrally every highlight of Rome is withing walking distance.

A fantastic and modern apartment to stay in. It is a lovely place to put your feet up after a long day exploring the city! It's extremely central, in walking distance to all sites anyone wants to visit, with the Colosseum as close as it looks. Which was ideal as we were 4 persons visiting Rome to explore the city! On the same street as the apartment are restaurants, a supermarket and even a gelateria. Thank you so much to Massimo and Cecilia for providing us with such a comfortable apartment and for all of their assistance - organising a taxi to and from the airport and answering all of our questions, no matter what they were! We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Really lovely apartment, very tasteful decor, everything was super clean and extremely well maintained. Rome was more spread out than we expected but this location turned out perfect for sight seeing, many places walking distance but there were also bus stops and taxi rank very close by.

Having a supermarket and bakery in the area meant we had lovely fresh breakfast every day, and at the end of a long day, had many choices of restaurants within easy walking distance. It is great value for money and the owner Massimo was most helpful at all times. Book it now !
