Welcome to our Florida holiday home web page, which we hope you find helpful. The villa has 4 bed/2 baths and a lovely scenic screened pool and patio area close to Disney, sleeps max 8 + child cots if required. The Palms Lake Davenport Estates offers a free communal pool, basketball, tennis courts & a kiddies playground with numerous nearby golf courses & Lake Davenport is a 5 min drive away for fishing. 4 beds; master with queen bed & en-suite (tub/walk-in shower & closet/twin sinks); 2 further queen doubles & a twin. 2nd family bathroom - shower/ tub. Formal dining/living room leading to more casual open-plan family room/kitchen/breakfast room with full amenities. Cable TV & DVD in master bedroom & living room,TV in 2nd double and flat screen cable TV in family room. Fully air conditioned, fast free Internet connection & Sat Nav provided. Safety alarmed gorgeous private screen pooled area providing 8 sun beds & alfresco dining. Small welcome pack, bedding, all towels supplied.

The newly fitted (Feb 12) scenic pool privacy screen will allow in the beautiful sun light, but provide complete privacy for you and your family whilst on holiday. It is a unique and stunning tree lined scene which adds to your relaxation.

Safety and Extras: The French windows that open out onto the extended pool area are alarmed for your safety and peace of mind.

All local phone calls and internet access is free of charge.

A satnav, with all major attractions saved in it, is available for your use free of charge if desired.

A small charcoal BBQ is provided free of charge or a gas BBQ can be hired for the week through our manager.

Cribs and highchairs can be hired for a small cost through our manager who ensures that they are immaculate and fully working, adhering to all safety standards.

Distances to Disney: We have seen other villa owners in our vicinity advertise their property as only 10 minutes from Disney. This is slightly stretching the truth. The Palms is a lovely quiet area 20 minutes by car to Disney Main Gate. We have done the journey in 15 minutes, but we hit an exceptionally quiet period on the roads and so 20 minutes is more the average. We love the drive, as it goes past many great looking restaurants and shopping areas. For example, the drive to Sea World takes you right past a brilliant Outlet Centre that houses numerous high street named shops with goods so reduced as to really make it worthwhile a stop in.

Our own Berry Town Centre is the small shopping and restaurant area near the Palms and is literally less than 3 minutes drive away with the larger Wal-Mart store only 10 minutes away.

Military Discount: For those guests who are either in the American, UK or other allied Armed Forces, you will find that many shops offer military discount if requested. However, we suggest that you check out the Sea World website, as most of their parks offer either free access for the Service person and up to 4 family members or a reduced price for ex-military personnel. This is certainly the case for Sea World and Busch Gardens, which we think is an amazing offer from this company who just ask for ID to prove connection with the Armed Forces.

The villa was just as lovely and welcoming as you see it on the website. We arrived on Monday 29th July and stayed for 14 nights and nobody wanted to go home as the villa had everything you would need to make your stay a memorable one. I booked the villa direct with Cathy the owner and she made sure it was all hassle free and would not hesitate to book her lovely villa again and would certainly recommend her to family or friends.We have been to Florida 5 times now and this was by

far the best villa we have stayed in. The villa is well situated for all the theme parks and if you are looking for a quality steak house the Longhorn Steakhouse or Logan's come highly recommended.When you have had a long journey and want to relax the bottle of wine or tea and coffee Cathy provides for her guests is very welcome. Her manager Rob and his family are on the end of a phone should you need them and they are very pleasant and professional. We spent a lot of time in the pool

as it gets the sun most of the day and the other nice thing is it has got a separate area with sun loungers which are of top quality and comfortable.So anyone who is looking for a villa and a hassle free holiday then look no further speak to Cathy and your holiday is sorted.Thank you again Cathy for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Catherine was born in Germany, as her farther was in the British Armed Forces, but from the age of 7 she was raised in Yorkshire. She joined the Royal Air Force in 1985 and enjoys a career as a Logistics Officer. Her husband, Mark, is in the British Army and between them they have 3 teenage children who all love visiting their villa in Florida.

Cathy and Mark chose New Moon Villa as they particularly loved the fact that the pool was not directly overlooked, as so many of the villa pools are, and they really liked the open plan living area. The villa is a well loved second home to Mark and Cathy's family. Mark says that Cathy keeps spending out on too many extras for the villa, making it more homely and beautiful than a usual rental property. He is likely right, but Cathy wants her guests to feel as if they are in a really loved home. It is smart and modern, but cosy with a friendly feeling. It is immaculatley kept by their managers, Robert and Emma. Mark and Cathy are righlty proud of New Moon Villa which is loved and cared for, pretty and immaculate and for what it costs to rent, it is an absolute bargain. Their reviews are genuine and they have been blessed with guests who have treated their home with care and respect. They are now into their 4th year of business and have guests returning for the 3rd time, which speaks volumes.

The villa is located on a well cared for private estate which homes many locals as well as other rental properties. Christmas time is especially beautiful as the Amercians go to so much trouble decorating the outside of their homes and some are truly stunning. The villa is close enough to Disney to make it really practical to visit daily (15 to 20 mins), but far enough away to give guests the peace, rest and recuperation required on a holiday. It is also very close to brilliant shops, and lovely restaurants.

The villa is only one hour from many beaches and other places of interest, so for those who do not want to go to parks every day, there are other great choices within a good driving distance.

The privacy screened pool is unique and has received many laudatory comments. The villa was already in a great location and not directly overlooked, but the privacy screen really does allow for escapism and total privacy when sun bathing or using the pool. It allows the sunshine in, but gives you a feeling of safety and security.

The two lounges are a real boon in the villa, especially for larger parties. It allows that little extra 'me' space if you don't want to be in the main area or to watch a TV programme that no one else is interested in. It means that even with 8 people in the home, you never feel crowded in or claustraphobic.

Cathy and Mark have kept their prices relatively low to reflect the current financial climate and to make the villa affordable for normal families who have to pay really expenisve flight costs or park tickets. Visiting Disney Land is not a cheap holiday option, but the villa allows for luxury without breaking the bank giving guests the chance to experience the true fun of Florida .

We had the most amazing holiday and your villa is beautiful, as described and better and so tastefully decorated. Rob and family were great and very friendly.
Swimming pool is such a bonus and so pretty in the evening with the underwater lights. Air conditioning was excellent and the washer and dryer worked really well and such large capacities. So much to do and visit and plenty of places to eat and shop very close to the villa. Its a quiet area and lovely for relaxing at the pool.

SUPERB VILLA

Faultless villa: spotless, lovely large pool, huge open plan living area and excellent service from both Catherine in the UK and Rob in Florida.

The sitting area outside is a nice sun trap and the pool was perfect size. I'd recommend the heating in November though; money well spent.

Good location approximately 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Disney. Nice quiet street only a few hundred yards off the main road.

STUNNING VILLA, AMAZING OWNERS,

Stayed in this Villa 3 times since 2010, the owners Cathy and Mark are the most lovely people you will be in contact with,that's why I keep returning to their Villa, The villa itself is set in a very quiet estate really good when you have been at the parks and shopping all day, The pool is fantastic at night all lit up, you will be very relaxed here, I bought a film to watch why my partner watched something in the other living area this is great especially if you have kids, The villa is very well set up regarding if you want to cook or just order take away there is enough utensils to go round, They really go out of their way to have milk with tea and coffee and a bottle of wine before you go out to Walmart to get all your goodies, this is great especially after the long flight,
You have shops and restaurants very close by, All the parks are not to far, by car it took me 20 mins max to get to disney, universal 30 mins a Sat nav will help you see a lot more,
Cathy has created a folder for you to go through has loads of information in it, including what to do in emergency's you will find this very useful,
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to my family and friends you just can't beat the trust from booking to paying for the villa and knowing you are dealing with very trust worthy owners who will go out of their way to make you happy,
If that's not enough you can speak to Rob and his family who will deal with issues straight away,
So rest assured you will have an amazing time and so will your party.

A BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN A GREAT LOCATION

We have just returned from our second visit to New Moon Villa and yet again we are delighted we chose to stay there. It truly was a home from home, every need has been considered and catered for, from the small welcome pack on arrival to the ipod docks in the kitchen and master suite. We stayed with my husband’s brother and partner this time and there was more than enough room for us all. With two lounges and a separate master suite with bathroom and walk in closet, there was ample space to spread out and also to get together. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a huge oven and all the utensils you could possibly need and throughout the villa there are thoughtful touches which makes the property a cut above the rest. The pool is perfect- safe, private and essential after a hot day at the parks! We loved the location; two excellent supermarkets are a two minute drive away and the Disney parks are only 20 minutes away. Booking our holiday was a breeze through Cathy and Mark who were friendly and considerate and whilst we were there, Rob was on hand for any queries, even giving us some great tips for restaurants and trips out. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and would happily return for a third time. Thank you so much for letting us stay, Cathy and Mark!

STUNNING VILLA - FABULOUS HOLIDAY

Wow! What can I say? I can not rate this villa highly enough nor the friendly helpful service that I received when booking it with Cathy. The pictures don't do it justice - it is even nicer in real life because you realise on arrival how fresh smelling it is and so beautifilly clean. It's also got some lovely simple personal touches that make it feel like a real home. We'd had a long journey, so the provision of tea/coffee/milk etc and especially the bottle of complimentary wine was a perfect arrival for us. The local area is ideal for visiting all the attractions and we loved coming back to our own place with the lovely pool each day. We all adored night swimming as the water was so lovely and warm in the flood lit pool. Some pool toys had been left behind and so the kids (and my husband) had brilliant fun. The TV in both lounges was a great addition for us as the kids watched their programmes (when there was time) in one lounge whilst we watched a film in another. I also read a book that had been left. As soon as we have saved our pennies, we will definately want to go back to Florida and we would only stay at Cathy's villa. I think the villa would suit anyone other than groups of youths. It's more of a family or couples romantic get away. Many thanks for having us.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

We have just got back from the USA having spent the first week of our trip at Cathy and Mark's villa. It was a great place to start our holiday as it was a real home away from home and this made us feel very relaxed, plus being able to make a cup of tea on arrival was great, the welcome pack was a nice touch. Being only two of us we really only used half of the villa, it is ideal for families or groups of people travelling together as there is plenty of space to spread out with 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas. The master suite was spacious with a big en suite and large walk in closet. The pool area is private and the enclosed patio is great for sunbathing, there is plenty of towels! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and it was all very clean, infact the whole villa was. The free wifi was a great bonus enabling us to plan the rest of our trip.  
The villa is situated only a short drive away from all attractions but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet for relaxing days and evenings by the pool. There is a walmart and a publix supermarket a short drive away, plus many other take way and fast food restaurants near by. The  management team responded quickly to a small problem we had and resolved the issue that day, both Trevor and Tracey were both very nice.
 I dealt with Cathy when making our booking and she was always prompt and courteous with her emails, she made me feel as though I was dealing with a friend, plus she was very understanding of our situation and flexible due to my husband being away with work.
I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to come and stay again sometime in the near future.  Thank you Cathy and mark for letting us use your lovely home.

The Palms is set on an established community just 1.5 miles south of the junction of the 192 and 27. It is a mixture of holiday and residential homes, so at festive times, such as Christmas, it has a feel of the 'real America” as residents decorate their homes. There is a supermarket within half a mile south and there is easy access to the I4 and both coasts, all the shops and restaurants along the 192 and the new Posner Park shopping mall just south on the 27. It is close enough to the theme parks if you want to return during the day and if you want a game of golf there are numerous courses all within 5 to 30 minutes drive that will suit all levels of play.

We have tennis and basketball courts, a community pool with changing facilities and a children’s play area all free for our guests to use. All in all The Palms is a haven of peace yet still close to the action.

Other Activities: Disneyland and all the amazing attractions around Orlando.
