Located in the heart of Central Phoenix. This condo has been renovated with a complete interior makeover that includes new furniture, accessories, paint, and ceramic tile in bathroom (Jan2013). Designed to relax, rejuvenate, the interior provides 781 square feet of living space that will accomodate up to 5 people comfortably( 1 queen, 1 full size sofa bed, 1 twin/single sofa bed). The unit is on the top floor on the inside of the complex away from the noise of Camelback Rd. Enjoy 2 pools, gas grills, hot tub, fireplaces, clubhouse, gym, rec room w/ pool table, office with computer, laptop, wifi, coffee, and lounge area. With a walk score of 74 out of 100 (very walkable), there are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. the Lightrail is less than 1 mile away and the location is a 10-20minute drive to Scottsdale, Old Town, Airport, Camelback Mountain & Squaw Peak, Phoenix Zoo, Biltmore Fashion Square.

About Andrew Woods

My wife and I have owned the condo since 2009. We met while both living in Phoenix and moved to Chicago (her hometown) in 2010. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA and have lived in several US cities. Phoenix is the place where we met and we hope to have this condo for a long time to be able to visit and create new memories.

Why Andrew Woods chose Phoenix

We bought this property because several things stood out for us. First, it's located close to all of the things we love... good restaurants, hiking, boutique shops, lightrail, and friends. Second, the amenities here are the best. We enjoyed entertaining friends and with two pools and spacious common recreation areas, we always found private space for ourselves and our guests. Last, the top floor was a must have. I had lived in a building previously with loud neighbors above that made for sleepless nights. Fortunately, this community offered a much quieter living space.

What makes this condo unique

The top floor is quiet, the spacious kitchen is ideal for cooking large meals and entertaining, morning sun comes in on the balcony showcasing the top of Squaw Peak to the North- an ideal setting to drink coffee and start the day

Excellent place!

We just returned from a week stay in this Phoenix condo with our two daughters. We where visiting our extended family and this worked out perfectly. The condo is beautiful, updated, clean inside, it is set back so there is no road noise, everything is close by: restaurant, TJ and Whole foods. We enjoyed all the wonderful perks like the gym and the pool. We will definitely return when visiting family again and recommend to friends as well. thanks.

Great rental!!!!

I rented this condo to be close to a business project I was working on and it worked out great. Nicely decorated, great complex, and everything that was promised was delivered. A nice irish pub is directly across the street and Oreganos Pizza is within walking distance. Would highly recommend it and would rent it again.

I find this apartment to be conveniently located in central Phoenix with easy and convenient access to major routes, Sky Harbor and shopping. The unit was sufficiently furnished for my needs as I prepared to transition into my new home currently under construction.

Excellent for corporate relocation temporary housing, as well as for vacation

I can sum up my experience with three simple phrases:
Great place
Great complex
Great owner

First the place: Everything as promised in the advertisement. Very comfortable, clean condo where the in suite amenities leave no wants. Everything has been though of and provided for.

Even better, the complex: First class all the way! Everything you look for: heated pool, large patio with numerous built in barbeque grills, outdoor fireplace, and huge hot tub. The grounds throughout are excellently kept. Could not feel more secure and comfortable walking around the grounds AND the neighborhood. Can walk across the street every night and go to a new place for dinner.

The best yet, the owner: Fair, honest, easy to deal with. Very accommodating. If you need anything, just ask.

I will definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends that visit Phoenix!
