Sleeps 12. 5 bedroom, all en-suite, fully air-conditioned , hillside villa with amazing sea views and private pool. Set in own 4000m2 of forest. Tranquil, modern context. Free wireless internet access. 10 mins from beaches. 15 mins from Ibiza. 2.5km from San Jose amenities.

A feeling of privacy and tranquility,the best of outdoor and indoor living.this modern minimal style split level villa ,is less than 2 min from typical spanish and tapas restaurants,2minutes away from supermarkets.It also affords easy access to the famous west coast sunset beaches.there is a plasma tv with satellite channels and also free wireless internet so any work and facebook junkies can still be connected. Arranged on 3 levels with a main house at the top on the same level as the pool,there is a separate, self-contained 1 bedroom apartment,with is lovely living room for those who like a bit of independence from the crowd or to get away from any loud snorers. each bedroom has is own bathroom and his own A/C unit.the villa has a incredible sea view.

we recommend you to go to cala comte beach which is for us the nicest beach on the island,and it s really close to the villa,also cala bassa and his beach club(it s quite expensive,but beautiful).

you have to visit ibiza salinas where they collect the salt near the airport,and nearby cap des falco,it s a lovely bar.

in san agustin near the villa,there is an amazing tipical spanish restaurant call: Can Berri.also we recommend you if you fancy exotic tapas,in sant josep,the restaurant El Destino,it s 3 minutes driving from the villa.

don t forget to watch the sunset in cafe del mar,it s in san antonio.but the best of the best is to watch the sunset near Es Vedra island,for that you have to follow the link that i m giving you,it s absolutly amazing,one of the most beautiful place i ve seen. http://www.recorreribiza.com/2009/03/es-vedra-i.html

Booking Notes:

50% on booking,then 50%+800 euro for damage deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival.

the rental period is from a saturday to a saturday,arrival 4pm,departure 10am.

an 800euros inventory and breakage will be done,it will be refund within 2 weeks in case of no damage.last year,only 50 euros have been charge for a broken chair.
