This spacious 3 bedroomed apartment is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

The apartment has a large modern lounge and dining area, a good sized modern kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a delightful terrace leading off the lounge overlooking the gardens and a good sized terrace off the master bedroom suite.

A short walk through the semi-tropical gardens, dotted with pools, ponds, palm trees and waterfalls leads to one of the finest beaches in Marbella, next to the famous Nikki beach at the Don Carlos Hotel. The gardens have several swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi and poolside bar & restaurant (seasonal).

Located approximately 40 km from Malaga Airport, and only 15 minutes drive from the centres of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

This family apartment is just a few minutes walk from the vibrant centre of Elviria with shops, restaurants and bars. It is an ideal location for those of you not wishing to hire a car.

The area of Elviria is very much sought after and an ideal location for you to explore the coast or just relax and enjoy the sun, it has a vibrant atmosphere, and has amenities to suit all age groups. There are many bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk together with excellent supermarkets. The 5 star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach is just a couple of minutes stroll, as is the Alanda Club.

This area has some of the finest beaches on the Costa Del Sol including the famous Nikki Beach.

Close by is the picturesque port of Cabopino surrounded by superb restaurants.

Puerto Banus and Marbella are just a short drive away. There are water theme parks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos. Just a short drive will bring you to the traditional white village of Mijas with its panoramic views down the coast to Gibraltar and Africa all the way around to Malaga.

Close by is the shopping centre of La Canada with many shops you will recognise together with a cinema and bowling alley
