2 bedrooms apartment in the heart of the city center and near to the beach

New and cosy apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Malaga, very well connected in a traditional street, minutes from all tourist nearby attractions: Alcazaba, Roman Theatre, Santuario de la Victoria, Cathedral, Picasso Museum ... all services at hand: supermarkets, buses, cafes, restaurants, just 10 -12 minutes from the beach Malagueta.

2 bedroom with 1 bathroom (accessible for both bedrooms) bright living room with kitchen. Equipped with all amenities. Central air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

My name is Sara and I am the owner of the apartment VICTORIA 'Red Shoes'. I am 41 years old, I was born in Bilbao (northern Spain), I have lived in many countries but I chose to live in Malaga because I fell in love with this beautiful city, the people, climate, food ... Everything is great here and I am very happy when people enjoy the city as much as I do.

It´s a cosy and funny apartment restored in a building from S. XIX, good situated in the city center, bright and very quiet.

What makes this apartment unique

Few minutes from all tourist Atractions and surrounded by restaurants to try traditional meals and tapas and you can go walking to the beach too (12 minutes). It´s great!!!

great town, great apartment

We spent four nights here on a pre-xmas break in Malaga. Sara met us as arranged and gave us a bottle of (really nice) cava, maps, guides and sightseeing suggestions .A fine place to stay, location good, apartment well equipped and nicely decorated. There's a cafe just up the street which does great hot chocolate & churros for breakfast, the Victoria bar acrosss the road is a proper locals place with cheap drinks and football on the TV, and there a couple of small supermarkets and lost of cash machines only a minutes walk away. If you take the bus from the airport the apartment is no more than a 10 minute walk from the last stop and you could call in at El Pimpi on the way! Highly recommend.

Victoria 55 Málaga property

This property was centrally located which made it easy for my family and I (2 adults, 2 children) to walk everywhere: from the Alcazaba to the Gibralfaro to Malagueta beach. There were also a market and a bakery within minutes, which made it easy to purchase food to cook in the apartment. The kitchen, while small, provided two burners and a microwave to prepare the food. The living room next to the kitchen provided plenty of space to watch television or relax after exploring the city. The Jack and Jill style set up connecting the bedrooms to the bathroom by separate doors gave my husband and I some privacy, while giving all of us access to a clean, updated bathroom. We were also very grateful for the air-conditioning as it was particularly hot and humid during our 5-week stay. The WI-FI service provided by the owner was also very useful as it allowed us to stay connected with home and work.
Overall, this is a great property and Sara, the owver, couldn't have been more helpful. Just a phone call or an e-mail away she was always available with helpful suggestions or to assist us with any problems or concerns. We thank her for all her help and we would not hesitate to stay in this property again.

Perfect City apartment

We spent three nights at this apartment while attending a wedding in Malaga. This is a perfect place for two couples to stay, the location can't be beat, and the apartment is clean and modern. We loved it and hope to have a chance to visit again. The owner, Sara, was there to greet us at our arrival with a bottle of champagne and some tips and guides. She is wonderful and so is her apartment. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at this wonderful apartment while we were attending a wedding in Malaga. This is a perfect apartment for two couples wanting to spend a few days in Malaga. Excellent location, walking distance from everything, very comfortable, clean and modern. Sara greeted us with a bottle of champagne and is a great host and enthusiastic guide about her city. Highly recommended; we hope we can have a chance to visit again.

Excellent apartment

Our holiday in Malaga was fantastic. The apartment is really in the city centre, everything was clean and it was quite a luxury to stay so close to the city-centre and the beach. The location is excellent, right next to Plaza de la Merced in the heart of the old town ,a car is not necessary ,The apartment couldn't be better located.Sarah, the owner, is a very nice person and very friendly, she cares very much about the comfort of her clients .She can tell you everything about the city and the good places to eat or drink. All was very close, city centre, beach, shops, bars, restaurants.. all in walking distance. The apartment was ideal, the locate was ideal & the weather was ideal.
