Beautifully lit & with all the quality amenities you can ask for! As you make your way through the custom steel gate Your group will feel as if you've entered into the a Tropical utopia. Filled with large palm trees and lush tropical plants, the Paradise Estate will have you feeling relaxed and comfortable.

Ten nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. 13 queen/king size beds all with 1800 thread count sheets will have you feeling incredibly comfortable after your full day in Vegas.

The outdoor area is our most complimented area. Plenty of seating for a great BBQ with family and friends. All seated areas are covered by palapas (tiki style roofing) to present a beach paradise similar to Hawaii. A beautiful private waterfall pool (Can be heated!) with rocks hand picked and carried from the Spring Mountains of Las Vegas. The pool area was carefully designed and landscaped with many different kinds of palm trees. There' is also a jacuzzi and dry sauna for a complete tension release of the body.

The open kitchen features a large granite table top island where guests can sit and enjoy conversation, eat, and watch TV. State of the art stainless steel appliances, stove, and oven. Plenty of pots, pans, and various types of dishes for a fantastic dinner. The kitchen also has a blender, coffee maker, French press, toaster and much more!

The lounge/TV room is spacious with a large L shaped couch with tons of seating, soft carpeting, a 75" TV, with the full cable package.

Another major feature of this home is that the we have put an emphasis on making it family friendly. We wanted to create a space that families can really enjoy together. So we added an arcade room which features a racing game, X-Men Street Fighter, Double Shot basketball, foosball, ping-pong, air hockey and more. If you love to play outdoor sports you will love having your own private basketball hoop, cornhole, and golf. So many things to do at one property. And of course you can't go to a vacation home without a billiards rooms. Located upstairs, the billiards room is a great place to watch sports while enjoying a casual game of billiards.

There's only a handful of properties in Vegas that have all of these amenities. At this price for this size, this property is the only one!
