We are also a NO Smoking Property therefore if a guest needs to smoke we recommend that they take a stroll down Halama Street as our lovely year round weather is conducive to enjoying outside activities. Important to NOTE: Our Maui County B & B ordinance allows for our Tenants to be on the property but because they wish to preserve the Residential Nature of our neighborhood Maui County does not allow large gatherings, weddings or groups larger than 12 total persons gathering on our property including the tenants staying in the house at any given time. We would be happy to assist you in identifying alternative locations on Maui to host weddings, large parties and gatherings.
