Flat 21 is a large modern secure flat on the fifth floor (lift access) with expansive views over the beautiful city of Edinburgh.
It has a fully equipped modern kitchen,utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The large master bedroom has an en suite with bath and shower. The second bedroom can be set up as a double or twin bedded room. The second bathroom has a walk in shower. The living room has seating for 8 and a sofa which converts to a double bed if needed.
The apartment is family friendly and baby equipment is available as standard. There is a softplay and ceramic centre toddling distance away and many great places to drive to- the Zoo, Butterfly World, Craigies Farm, to name but a few. Babysitting by a registered nanny is a possibility.
The flat is the perfect place to chill before walking to the vibrant Leith waterfront or heading to the city centre. Public transport links to the city are excellent and available 24-7. A short inexpensive cab ride to city is a great option. City centre parking best avoided.
Suitable for all ages this spacious modern flat is part the largest waterfront development in Europe. Leith is now host to many of Edinburgh's top bars, restaurants.There are three Michelin star restaurants in Leith and attractions such as the Ocean Terminal -Edinburgh's most innovative new retail and leisure complex.

I have shared my gorgeous apartment in Leith with guests family and friends for the last 10 years. I currently live in North East England happily a very short train ride and slightly longer car journey to visit my favourite city. It's main attraction now are my two lovely grandsons. There's lots of fun to be had with or without the little boys.
When my husband and I walked into this brand new half finished sunny apartment we were sold immediately. It's spaciousness, warmth- despite being unheated- views, and practical things like the designated parking place were and still are a great bonus.
We love parking up after a busy week at work then setting off on foot for an amazing choice of food and drink on the Leith shore. It is a short hop up to the city with even more choice. We have seen great shows at the theatre, enjoyed mindboggling choice at the festival and caroused with throng at New Year. It's a year round destination with countless things to do.
