2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with secure ground level parking -lift access

Flat 21 is a large modern secure flat on the fifth floor (lift access) with expansive views over the beautiful city of Edinburgh.

It has a fully equipped modern kitchen,utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The large master bedroom has an en suite with bath and shower. The second bedroom can be set up as a double or twin bedded room. The second bathroom has a walk in shower. The living room has seating for 8 and a sofa which converts to a double bed if needed.

The apartment is family friendly and baby equipment is available as standard. There is a softplay and ceramic centre toddling distance away and many great places to drive to- the Zoo, Butterfly World, Craigies Farm, to name but a few. Babysitting by a registered nanny is a possibility.

The flat is the perfect place to chill before walking to the vibrant Leith waterfront or heading to the city centre. Public transport links to the city are excellent and available 24-7. A short inexpensive cab ride to city is a great option. City centre parking best avoided.

Suitable for all ages this spacious modern flat is part the largest waterfront development in Europe. Leith is now host to many of Edinburgh's top bars, restaurants.There are three Michelin star restaurants in Leith and attractions such as the Ocean Terminal -Edinburgh's most innovative new retail and leisure complex.

I have shared my gorgeous apartment in Leith with guests family and friends for the last 10 years. I currently live in North East England happily a very short train ride and slightly longer car journey to visit my favourite city. It's main attraction now are my two lovely grandsons. There's lots of fun to be had with or without the little boys.

Val Leek purchased this apartment in 2004

When my husband and I walked into this brand new half finished sunny apartment we were sold immediately. It's spaciousness, warmth- despite being unheated- views, and practical things like the designated parking place were and still are a great bonus.

We love parking up after a busy week at work then setting off on foot for an amazing choice of food and drink on the Leith shore. It is a short hop up to the city with even more choice. We have seen great shows at the theatre, enjoyed mindboggling choice at the festival and caroused with throng at New Year. It's a year round destination with countless things to do.

THIS FLAT WAS IN A PERFECT LOCATION!

We stayed in this flat for 4 days in June 2014. We were a family of 6. The space had everything we needed. We bought the daily bus passes to get to all the attractions. The Ocean terminal mall was directly behind the complex so we could go shopping, eat at restaurants and go to the movies. I would definitely stay here again.

HOME FROM HOME

My wife and I stayed here for 2 months-our daughter who lives nearby was having her second baby and we were there in a supportive role.
The apartment is spacious and clean,and the meet and greet worked really well.We particularly appreciated the garage car space,with direct lift access from the garage to the 5th floor being very convenient.
The apartment has an excellent kitchen with a sizeable dining table-we made good use of it,although there is a wide range of restaurants nearby if you prefer to dine out.
The bedrooms are also a good size,we used the master bedroom and found the king size bed very comfortable.
The apartment also has wifi which is easy to connect -a valuable feature.
This is a very comfortable apartment and for us it became a home from home for the duration of our stay.We will be using it again,and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

WONDERFULLY CULTURAL HOLIDAY!

It was a lot larger than it looked - so it worked well for us as a family of 5, with 2 good sized bedrooms and a sofabed in the lounge. Small and major chains of shops nearby, easy to park, flat is very secure. Light and airy, smart, beautifully clean, with a nice communal kitchen dining/living area. Friendly welcome, too. Worked really well for us, taking the bus in and out of the centre for the festival. Edinburgh is a fantastic city and all the drama, art, music, stand-up comedy we saw at the Festival was of a really high standard. Really want to come back if we can!

THE PERFECT GETAWAY!

Just back from a wonderful weekend in this very comfortable apartment- a "girls" fun weekend- 5 of us - four sisters and our lively 81 year old mother. The apartment itself had everything we needed , it`s spacious and very comfortable and spotlessly clean and its location is perfect .We felt perfectly safe at all times. The nearby shopping centre with M&S meant we could eat breakfast in the apartment before we set off into town. The bus service from the same shopping centre was very efficient .The owner and housekeeper were a pleasure to deal with.I would highly recommend this apartment .

EXCELLENT CITY BREAK

Our family of 2 adults and 3 kids had a fabulous break in this comfy, spacious, well equipped apartment in a great location just a couple of minutes from Ocean Terminal where you can also easily get a bus into the centre. The property was very clean and well maintained and the owner and keyholder were brilliant to deal with. There are a choice of places to eat out nearby. I would recommend this property and the parking was a bonus.

EXCELLENT!!

This place was exceptionally clean, looking brand new! Everything worked great, and even had a manual with all instructions for the appliances. Any questions we had were immediately answered. The location is perfect, with bus service almost right outside the front door. Easy to get to the city center, the castle, and shopping. There is a large food store just a quick 10 minute walk away. A hotel is around the corner that helped us with booking day tours and internet access. I would definitely stay at this flat on our next trip.
