The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher & a washing machine so if you want to enjoy meals in the apartment there is a large dining table or a terrace to dine alfresco.
Only a 5 minute walk takes you to local shops, market, restaurants/bars & the small beach on the lagoon in the town itself. Families with small children will appreciate it as being in the lagoon it is warmer than the ocean and wave free so great for swimming. Fuseta's other beach is on Ilha de Armona, which you can catch a ferry boat to and enjoy being on an island beach!
This property is fully registered with the Portuguese local authorities & Tourist Board under the Alojamento Local private holiday rental system so you can be assured it meets the strict criteria with regard to safety and standard of facilities provided.

How much deposit do I need to pay ?
We will require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks of departure full payment will be requested on booking.
How can I pay for my accommodation ?
You can pay in euros by bank transfer or in sterling via a UK currency exchange account . If it’s easier we can arrange payment by paypal or credit card online however this payment method will incurr a small transaction fee .
What is the security deposit for and how do I get it back ?
You will be required to pay a 150 euro security deposit along with your final balance to cover for any damage to the property or contents. A broken glass is not the end of the world and won’t be charged for, however the owner has to have peace of mind that their property will be well looked after by guests. The deposit will be returned, by the same method payment received, within 7 days of your departure once the apartment has been checked over.
Can you help me arrange an airport transfer to my apartment ?
Yes. You can prebook your private taxi or minibus & your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall to take you straight to your accomodation -no waiting around in the taxi queue or for other guests. Just send us your travel details & we’ll do the rest.
Our low rates include baby/booster seats if required & there is no extra surcharge for late night or early pick ups. We’ll send you a voucher in advance & you just pay the driver on arrival.

Can you help with car hire & driving directions ?
Yes , just use the search engine on our lusoliving.com website page to find the best rates available from local & national car hire companies. We can send you detailed directions to your accomodation but note if visiting the Algarve in July or August you will need to book as far in advance as possible as rates increase sharply and cars are scarce to find at the last minute.
How do I get my keys to the apartment ?
We will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and help you settle in unless other arrangements are made in advance of booking. You will need to text or call our contact number 00 351 918 541 794 on leaving Faro airport so we can make sure we are there in time when you arrive.
We will monitor your flight arrival time on-line so don’t worry if it is delayed we won’t leave without you. For arrivals after 01.00am, including flight delays, there will be a 20€ surcharge.
What time can I get into the apartment ?
Check in is from 15 hrs, however we will always try to give you access before then when possible. This will depend on the time of year and whether the apartment has just been vacated and is still in the process of being cleaned.
If the apartment is not ready you will be able to leave your luggage while you have a coffee or lunch or even take the kids to the pool to start your holiday asap.
If I arrive late will there be somewhere to get something to eat/drink ?
For late arrivals we can arrange a welcome pack to be left in your apartment.
If you have young children and require extra items such as baby food or nappies we will be happy to assist on request. There is an Iceland supermarket and many UK brands are available but we do require a min notice of 5 days.
We have young children –can we book a cot / highchair ?
Yes we can provide an extra bed, cot or highchair if required. Please note they must be booked in advance.
What about cleaning & maid service ?
The apartment will be clean, ready for your arrival and there are clean sheets & towels provided in the apartment. Included in the price for a 14 night stay is a mid stay change of bed linen & towels. If extra cleaning is required you may request & pay in resort.
What time do I have to leave the apartment ?
On departure, the checkout time is at 11am, however we can be flexible depending on the next arrival due. We will let you know nearer your departure date if it’s possible to stay longer – there will be a 10€ per hour surcharge for late check outs.
