We have lived in the Tahoe area over 15 Years and would not trade it for anything. This has been our home for over 10 years.

This property is conveniently located to Heavenly and all of Tahoe's attractions. It has been completely remodeled and is cozy and comfortable.
The view of the mountains was incredible. We met the few neighbors on the Cul-de-sac and they were all very friendly and had nothing but kind things to say about the area and each other. The bonus of only a few stairs to the entrance and the private parking in front made it more convenient than most other locations on the mountain. Originally this was going to be a vacation 2nd home and after the remodel, we decided to make it our residence.
We stayed at the condo the first week of Sept.2014,my wife, myself and another couple.
The owner of this property described it honestly, and actually it was more than we could ever expect because he sets it up far beyond what he needs to, with with it stocked up with many items to make you feel right at home. We have rented many private homes through the VRBO ect. sites and never have we seen such generosity.
The photos in the listing are all recent and accurate and the unit was very clean as is the grounds and the whole area is nice and clean and was never noisy or busy. But more important is that the beds and the bedding are the best we could have hoped for....the owner supplied the highend beds and this needs to be recognized, that is one thing I can appreciate. So I will recommend this property highly.
Had a chance to stay at this lovely property for the weekend with my wife and dog. Being able to find a place that is affordable, pet friendly, and an overall nice place to stay can be a challenge. I'm happy to say that we were able to find such a place. The home was very clean, stocked very well, and looks just as advertised. We were very close to all the action Tahoe has to offer, and we were able to do it on budget, yet not feel like we were scrimping in any way --- and our dog could join in on the fun too! Can't beat that.
If you are looking for a place to stay where all you have to do is pack your clothes this is the place to go. All of the comforts of home. We are foodies and enjoy cooking ourselves and there was not one thing that was missing. Great views, comfortable beds and close enough to the casinos! We will definitely come back!
This rental was accurate in description as the add read. Very nice 2 bedroom, comfortable beds and is very clean and well supplied with everything as advertised. Dog friendly, pretty view from the deck. just 10 minutes to a nice shopping center with a Safeway, bank and extras, and close to all the Casino's.
The owner was very helpful directions to rental are easy to follow. Quiet neighborhood and I would recommend to a friend or family member. Our full deposit was returned.This would be a perfect place to stay for snow birds in the winter. I will recommend to our family, and friends, Thank you
This listing is exactly as presented online which I greatly appreciated. It is a very well maintained property in a beautiful pine wooded area that is hard to leave the view at the windows. Corey took time to go over the property thoroughly with us & is very responsive if anything is needed. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or family.
I'd recommend Driftwood Cafe in the Heavenly Shopping area, Edgewood Country Club Restaurant, Chart House Restaurant, and Hut's for eats. Bear Beach area along South Lake Tahoe Blvd is very scenic, along with Kahle Park to Nevada Beach (Hwy 50) for walking or biking. Emerald Bay is a drive but definitely worth it! Thunderbird Lodge & Sugar Pine Lodge are also a drive but we'll worth it. I could go on & on!!! It's a great property to come back to at night to rest up for the next adventure!!
This is a great property for a small family or group. The location is fantastic (at 7,300 feet), 1/4 mile from the top of Heavenly on the Nevada side (Stagecoach and Bolder lodges). Only 10 minutes to the Tahoe South Shore or down Kingsbury Grade (1 block) to Gardnerville, Minden, Genoa, etc. The owner was cooperative and congenial to deal with. The place is exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked; you only need your clothes! Our deposit was promptly returned upon checkout. I recommend this without reservation. Enjoy!
Located on a very quite cul-de-sac. 1/4 Mile from Heavenly. 3 minutes to Boulder and 5 minutes to Stage Coach. Seven minute drive to the Casino Corridor. Spectacular Sunsets! Many family in town attractions.
