Rate includes county tax. Upscale gated 24 hour security, 3 pools, 2 hot tub, BBQ and picnic area, workout facility, pool table and library.
Large Bedroom - new comfortable Cal King pillow top mattress with new bedding.
Living room has a queen sofa sleeper.
The living room has a 32' Flat Screen T.V. with a Denon DVD/CD blue ray stereo surround sound throughout the bedroom and living room. Cable T.V., Wfi, FM tuner. Ironing board and iron supplied.
Coin operated laundry room with washers and dryers, outside BBQ area.
The condo is centrally located to mid town and the downtown area, Memorial Auditorium, highway 50, highway 80, Arco Arena, Cal Expo only blocks away, close to Sacramento or American River (great for kayaking or bike trail), Theater and Ballet, Raley Field, C.S.U.S, State Capitol, Arden Fair Mall, Crocker Art Museum, Mercy Hospital, Sutter Hospital and Kaiser are only minutes away. Enjoy bicycling along the bike trail, kayak from Sunrise Aquatic park - canoe and inner tube rentals 25 minutes from condo. Easy access to freeways and minutes to Sacramento International airport.

Friendly neighborhood, , easy freeway access, end unit with easy directions to find the condo, easy exit and close to everything. Banks, hospitals, Safeway, Save Mart, Starbucks and Midtown.
Had a wonderful vacation stay in the condo. We certainly enjoyed the personal touches! New Cal King mattress was very comfortable.

*California State Railroad Museum - A MUST TO SEE... Full size train cars, Railroad history and displays. The RR museum is next to Old Sacramento toward the back.
*Crocker Art Museum - 216 'O' Street Sacto, CA
Outstanding mix of 17th/18th/19th century master pieces, sculptures, ceramics, photography in beautiful new multi-million dollar addition. Theatre for live music, film and lecture programs Norman Rockwell exhibit currently being shown.

Capitol Building & Gardens impressive in a one hour free tour of the Capitol building and surrounding gardens.
*Cathedral of the Blessed Sacramento - You will feel like you walked into a cathedral in the middle of Italy overcome of the beauty and reflection of the stained glass windows. Weds at 12:40 you can get a free guided tour.
*William Land Park - Great place of kids feeding the ducks, jogging trails, picnic or gathering,golf course, Sacramento Zoo at one side, kiddy land amusement park and fairytale town for the everyone to enjoy!
B Street Theatre - A smaller theatre with seats close to the stage. Affordable prices with enjoyable performances. Children theater is also magical.
