The private 1bedroom apartment occupies the entire floor of a late 19th century townhouse in 'artist mecca' on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint.

It is located on a quiet tree lined street perfect for two people who want a tranquil place to stay. It has pine floors, high ceilings and original architectural details. The apartment is very sunny and the ivy, trees around it create a green ambiance.

The apartment includes a living room,bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Our apartment is kept immaculately clean.

Another advantage over Manhattan, we provide private parking across from the house.

If you are looking for comfortable, clean, convenient and safe stay in New York, this is excellent option and always with personal attention when you need it

Transportation: The subway is a short walk away from the house. The G line is five minutes by foot and only three stops away from Manhattan. The L line is a ten minute walk and one stop from Manhattan.

The new 'East River Ferry' is a 5 minute walk from the apartment! ( located on India Street) ,It gets you to midtown Manhattan in 5 minutes, and to Brooklyn Bridge in 20min

Greenpoint- Artist mecca:

This apartment was a great location from which to visit New York. Maryla was welcoming and very helpful with some great tips about which restaurants and bars to try in the local area. We spent most days in Manhattan. The subway is about 5-10 mins walk and takes about half an hour once you have changed trains. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean with a comfy bed. The kitchen is suitable for breakfast only but there are plenty of restaurants nearby (try Paulie Gees on Greenpoint avenue!) and lots of great coffee shops. The Peter Pan Bakery makes the best doughnuts we have ever eaten.
Altogether a great week.

Thank you so much for the gracious hosting of my clients. Sonia and Fernando are in India now on a photo session but wanted me to relay that they had a marvelous + relaxing time - which was heaven compared to the insanity of their recording sessions! They loved the house + Greenpoint and Williamsburg - and really appreciated the proximity to the trains, great restaurants and park [walking distance] Their only lament was not being able to dine in the garden due to the never ending snow storms! A beautiful flat in the heart of Brooklyn

I stayed in this flat last spring with my boyfriend. It was very clean, sunny and with a view of a beautiful garden. The bed was super comfortable bed with fresh linen, and the owner is friendly and always helpful.

The flat's located in very convenient and safe area of Brooklyn, near the subway with quick 10 min access to Manhattan. The area has a supermarket (3min away), lot of great restaurants and bars/pubs.

Whenever I come to NYC, I always stay in Brooklyn for it's real, authentic New York feel, the Williamsburg area is cool and vibrant, especially after spending a day in the super tourist driven Manhattan.

I absolutely recommended this apartment! It's a real gem.
