Photos and Description of this 3 bedroom holiday townhome in Nassau & Paradise Island - Ocean Waves
Awaken to the sight and sound of the ocean just steps away from your patio. Enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee and let your cares float away as you listen to the peaceful sound of the waves lapping. The only decision you have to make on this blissful day is whether to swim and relax in and around one of the fresh water ocean front pools admiring the view of Paradise Island and Atlantis in the distance or to venture into the warm sparkling waters surrounding Delaporte Point with snorkel and flippers to admire the myriad of tropical fish swimming beside you at your very own beach and reef.
At the end of the afternoon, relax on the patio, drink in hand and watch the sunset. On a clear night as the sun dips into the ocean, don't forget to look for that ever elusive 'green flash'. Barbecue and dine on the patio under the stars or walk a few yards to the world famous Poop Deck Restaurant situated on the beach a few steps from your front gate.
This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse sits right on the ocean in Delaporte Point. Delaporte Point is a secure, gated community situated a convenient 10 minutes taxi ride east of Nassau International Airport and yet with no disturbing aircraft noise. For those guests who like to prepare their own meals, there is a grocery store within walking distance and for those who like to dine out, there is a variety of restaurants also within walking distance. The local bus into town stops right outside the gate and passes the famous Fish Fry where scores of restaurants serving good local sea food sit right on the water front.
We love this place and are only renting because we are successful USTA tennis tournament players and are involved in lots of competitive play this winter in Florida. We hope you enjoy our home and know that you will take loving care of it.
