Great sized house. Not too little, not too big. Goldilocks would choose to stay here. Two-story home with solid sapele hardwood floors throughout. No disgusting carpet to walk on. Comfortable and clean with a beachy chic decor. All bedrooms are upstairs with the master separated from bedroom #2 and #3.
Washer and dryer for your use upstairs.
Alley access with a basketball hoop in the back.
Great place to relax and enjoy one of the best locations in Southern California.
One of the coolest spots in the OC.
Please remember that this is a house in a neighborhood, and to be respectful of the neighbors. Consult the contract for more details.
Pride of ownership. I bought it brand new and lived in it for 15 years. It's 'my baby' and I still live in HB.

I grew up in So Cal. My wife is from Colorado, but now you could never get her to leave this area. There is something about being close to the beach that is just relaxing. The weather is rarely a factor here. You just don't have to think about it too often. Shorts during the summer, and a hoodie will usually get you through the winter. Hoodies are good year round, by-the-way.
We have owned and lived in the property since it was built in 1997. It is a great house in a great location in an eclectic downtown beach community. A lot of pride went into making this house really comfortable and easy to enjoy. The furnishings are cozy and I love the sapele hardwood flooring throughout. The yard is all California Natives and love the Mediterranean climate.
Being so close to Main Street is a great benefit. Right down the street is also the Hilton and down from that is the Hyatt. These areas have plenty of shopping and dining to the point where I haven't even been able to explore them all. Within walking distance is a 24 Hour Fitness, the post office, a drugstore, and plenty of other businesses.
