The apartment provides an oasis of calm in this bustling harbour town.On the third of four floors with only penthouse suites above.Leaving the apartment you will find many exclusive boutiques on your 150 meter walk to the beach, harbour and casino.Cafés, bars and restaurants abound here and you are really spoilt for choice. Private underground garage with a lift direct to apartment door. If you really want a true holiday it is possible to get around without even driving,a boat service to St Tropez, Port Grimond, Les Issambres and more is very frequent.A coastal cycle path ensures you can enjoy the stunning views in safety

The seside provides swimming,sailing, scuba diving surfing,wind surfing and water sking.There is an Aquapark.The local hills provide walking and hiking trails,mountain biking and horse riding.Clay pigeon shooting is north of the town.Tennis courts and several golf courses with spectacular views are within 5 minutes drive.The botanical gardens are opposite the promanade in the direction of St.Tropez.

Notes A deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival date together with a security deposit of 400 Euro. This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure less any sums for loss or breakages & the local taxe de sejour. Cancelation will not be refunded unless the dates can be relet. If relet for a lesser fee the difference will be returned.

Secure underground private locked garage with electronic entrance and lift access direct to apartment door.Walking to beach and all local amenities including supermarket (2 minutes walk) are on the flat with lift access from ground level lobby.Most evenings there is a street markets and often free live outdoor entertainment.St Tropez is easily accessible by boat or car and has a wonderful market on Saturday and Tuesday.Somewhere in the near region it is possible to visit markets each day. Ste Maxime itself has a food,vegetables and fish market each morning.Friday outdoor market in view of the apartment and other diverse ones at various times. It is a really good locality for visiting Monte Carlo,Nice,Antibes,Monaco, Port Grimond, St Tropez and the Gorge du Verdon.
