Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday apartment in El Camp de l'Arpa del Clot
Spacious Apartment, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Big Living And Dining Room
This spacious apartment (90 square meters), carefully and warmly decorated has all the necessary amenities to make easy both a short stay as a longer.
It's a flat with two double rooms, two large bathrooms (one with a very comfortable shower, the other with bathtub). It's wide kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, a gas stove with 5 burners, and big fridge with freezer).
The 30 sq.m dining and living room offers you all the comfort you can wait after a day walking round the city. It's kitchen, opened to the dining room, makes easy to have breakfast or supper at the apartment.
All the apartment is painted in warm colors (the painter was an artist painter, there is a painting made by him hung on one of the walls). All the walls are plenty of contemporary paintings, all original, made by some friends of us.
The location couldn't be better, just between Sagrada Familia (10 minutes walking) and San Pablo Hospital (just in the corner), two of the masterpieces of Modernism.

I'm from Barcelona, I was born here and I live here. I love my city, its cultural offer, its gastronomic offer, the cinemas, the theaters, the restaurants, the tapas bar... I enjoy walking kilometers with my dog and discovering new cute shops, good restaurants, interesting groceries. Then, I can offer this information to my guests.
This used to be our home, me and my family lived here for years.
We moved few time ago and we want to share our place with foreign people who want to visit Barcelona, enjoy it and benefit of the hug offer it has. It's a nice place, warmly painted and with all our original paintings and art pieces, which provides a very cool and warm atmosphere.
The apartment is located between Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau Hospital. Both of them are Modernism masterpieces. The metro is at only one block and directs you to the center in few minutes, but the best option is walk the Eixample streets where every corner hides a surprise. The Av. Gaudí, the street that runs from Sant Pau Hospital to Sagrada Familia, is a very nice pedestrian promenade plenty of good restaurants and stores.
