It offers stunning views over the Mar Menor and Mediterranean seas whilst providing flat and easy access from the adjacent parking area. Only a 4 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Bellaluz Village the villa is set in a lovely quiet garden area and offers 3 sun terraces giving all day round sunshine. The lounge has wide folding doors opening onto the balcony to create an excellent summer living area. Free Wi-Fi access.

A discount of 50% on golf green fees is available for clients staying at the villa.

La Managa Club is an internationally award winning resort with high quality facilities and accommodation to provide an excellent all round holiday. There are 3 top quality golf courses, 26 tennis courts (home to the Spanish LTA) bowls, a par 47 pitch & put course, horse riding and numerous water sports. La Managa Club is also the home of top quality soccer pitches and coaching is provided for children of all ages in soccer, rugby, golf and tennis. For the less sporty there are some beautiful walks and wonderful beaches including the picturesque La Cala beach with its excellent fish restaurant which is only accessible from the resort. We had a really lovely holiday in los mollinos. The villa has the perfect location for the pool and also shops and bars in the bellaluz square.
The villa was clean and tidy and had everything we needed in it.
The roof terrace is perfect for getting a great tan!
I would definatly recommend this property, David was very helpful throughout my booking and stay.

Had a lovely stay at this delightful 2 bed villa. Beautifully decorated in a simple tasteful style. Views and location in Los Molinos cannot be beaten. Highly recommend for either a family or couple get away. Both owner and management company could not have been more helpful.

We would like to thank you for the hire of your lovely villa.we really did have a wonderful time.
The villa is really nice and the views from the lounge balcony are delightful,looking out at that view as the sun was going down was a lovely end to the day.
The villas location is perfect for the swimming pool and Bellaluz village, which was very nice during the day and evening.
Your property management company were also excellent and very helpful.
Many thanks again for making our holiday so pleasurable.

Los Molinos 92 was an excellent villa in which to spend a holiday at La Manga.
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and this villa suited us perfectly.
It was extremely well appointed, being 2 mins from the pool, 5 mins from a little supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants, whilst at the same time being very quiet and peaceful.
The description was extremely accurate and for us the fantastic air conditioning in all rooms and a good quality washing machine really enhanced our fortnight.
We found the owners friendly and helpful aas was their management company on site.
On arrival the property was spotless, linen and towels clean and everything you could wish for in a kitchen.
Los Molinos is a lovely quiet holiday spot with the wider parts of La Manga on your doorstep.
We would highly recommend this villa to our friends and hope anybody who stays there enjoys their holiday as much as we did.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
