Pipa Beleza is located a leisurely 15 to 20-minute walk along a flat road from the bustling centre of town and the Praia do Amor, the closest beach. Of course if that seems too strenuous, you can be there in minutes by using your own transport, or alternatively catch the frequent minibus service that stops right outside the front door and visits all of the spectacular beaches in the area. Inside Pipa Beleza, a spa, restaurant and bar provide a central focus along with the two large pools, both surrounded by carefully landscaped gardens. The larger pool boasts a striking swim-up bar while the smaller, 20-m pool provides a sanctuary for the exclusive use of residents of the 20 villas. Villa 8 is ideally located near to the landscaped pool and restaurant area, yet sited on the edge of the resort providing enviable privacy. Surrounded on all four sides by lawned garden and topped by a luxurious outdoor jacuzzi on the roof-top terrace, the villa allows those who want to get away from it.
Bedroom Units: The Villa can be let as 3 separate units with individual entrances or as a whole villa. Unit 1 on the ground floor includes a double bedroom with plasma TV, telephone, large wardrobe/storage space, ensuite bathroom with shower and a private terrace and garden area. There is a hammock and table and 2 chairs outside.
Next door to Unit 1 is Unit 2 which has the same furniture but is slightly larger. The bathroom with this unit is also quite a bit larger and has a jacuzzi bath as well as an outdoor shower.
Going up the stairs one comes to the Suite which takes up the whole floor plus a large private balcony complete with a dining table for 6. The bedroom has a double bed, telephone and storage wardrobe space. There is also a comfortable sitting room with 2 sofas, a large plasma TV + CD/DVD and Ipod dock player. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you need on holiday. This Suite is very much an inclusive apartment that would be the most comfortable for a couple staying longer.
The Resort: Breakfast and meals are on hand at the lovely restaurant located by one of the outdoor pools at the resort. As with any hotel, all facilities such as taxi service, meals, cleaning, etc. are on hand through the reception.
Guests will be charged for all of these extra services on site at the resort.
We also have a Spa on site for beauty treatements, which is located a few doors down from V8 Villa.
It is quite easy to walk to the centre of Pipa Village and so the quiet location makes our resort the perfect location for a relaxing holiday.
Xmas, New Year and Carnival: Pipa is very popular as a weekend destination and for the Peak holidays. For this reason, Christmas and New Year and Carnival in February will incur additional costs. The whole Villa can be rented for 800 Reais per night.
