2 bedroom house with separate chalet studio in enclosed garden, sleeps 6

A beautiful 1930's town-house, modernly renovated to a very high standard, with open-planned living areas, two bedrooms, and a secure, enclosed garden with a fabulous decking area for al fresco dining/entertaining. There is also a chalet studio in the garden, which contains a very confortable sofa-bed (sleeps 2) and its own shower-room/wc, which we find ideal for the kids to stay in or for a couple who wants their own space.

This is our home when we are in France and you will find it warm and welcoming, as if it were your own holiday home.

This house is ideal for 6 people, but there is also a sofabed in the sitting room which is ok for an extra person or a child. Additional charges apply for each extra person above 6.

Beautiful house and yard in Cannes

This house and yard is everything you need and more while on a holiday in Cannes. The house is beautifully decorated, and feels so like home. Everything needed for a stay is there, and the kitchen is very well stocked with all cooking essentials. More than anything, I loved the yard. The flowers were beautiful and the yard was so peaceful. One did not know there was a busy street just outside. We used the patio and BBQ every night. The location is convenient with supermarket just down the street, parking was easy, and key pickup and drop off convenient. The owners Tim and Sophie are accessible through email and answer emails quickly. Sophie's mom who met us there is delightful. Thank you all for providing such a fantastic home away from home and the warm welcome when we arrived. I encourage others to stay at such a wonderful property.

A lovely house, tasteful, comfortable, well equipped - unlike many holiday lets where the cupboards are bare on arrival. Really enjoyed the versatile outside spaces for relaxing, dining (great barbecue). Had a real fun day with Sophie and her mum tending to the garden. Easy access to Cannes and surrounding area, we had a car but the bus service was close by and regular, also took the train to Monaco which was a real treat.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We, a family with three children, 15, 12, 10, had a wonderful time in the house. Despite its location in the city, it was very quiet at night, so we were able to recover well after an exciting day. There are many little amenities in the house that are not obvious: enough charcoal, a small laptop, beach towels, coolers, swimming ring, nespresso machine, etc. In the area around Cannes is a lot to discover. If you want to have a quieter beach, you'll have to visit one of the bays in the Esterel area.

Lovely holiday home in Cannes

We received a warm welcome on our arrival, the house was lovely a real home from home. It was clean with comfortable furnishings and well equipped with everything you could need and more. The outside space was greatly appreciated with well laid out areas for dining and relaxing. The property is located in a nice quite area near to shops, supermarkets and public transport. There are so many places to visit we will need to come back to explore the area further. We all had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

A home from home

Our stay in Cannes was for business (and a little pleasure!) and for the first time in my life, I felt at home whilst staying abroad. The house was beautiful and offered every mod con that you could possibly wish for. Everything about our stay was so easy and pleasant. The location of the house was great, 5 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk from Cannes centre or a 20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches near Antibes. I really can't put into words how much we loved it there and we'll certainly return for both business AND pleasure, in fact I'm planning to return very soon for a girl's weekend!

Cannes is best known for its beaches, festivals and shopping but there is so much more on offer. Towns such as St Paul-de-Vence, Eze and Vence are famous for their artistic history, Grasse is renowned for its perfumes, Bandol and other wine appelations are found nearby. There is incredible hill-walking and rock climbing at Gourdon 40 minutes away.

There are numerous boat trips available which will take you to St Tropez, Les Iles de Lerins or de Porquerolles. Italy is only an hour's drive, San Remo is famous for excellent shopping (the market is on Tuesday and Saturday).

Down in Old Cannes, there is the Marche Forville where you can find fruit and veg, olives, cheese, meat and fish, and flowers. This is a must and a real French experience.

During the winter, skiing is less than 2 hours drive in Greolieres, Valberg, Auron and Isola so you can go to the beach one day, then skiing the next.
