My Grandparents first started letting accomodation to holidaymakers in the 1950's and my family has continued this in Penzance ever since.

The house is in a very good and safe nieghbourhhood and has no thru traffic ; birdsong is the chief cause of noise and the faint toot of a trawler horn as they signal one and all they are going to sea. The nieghbours are very freindly knowledgable of local imformation and have created wonderful gardens. Fortunately a previous owner of Porth has created a well stocked and planned garden also.

A light , warm and unique home in a quiet and beautiful setting convenient for all amenities and for all the local attractions such as St Micheal's Mount or the Minack theatre.

Fabulous house and location

  • 5 out of 5
We enjoyed a fab week in June in the house. The views are fantastic and it is a lovely quiet location - we didn't want to leave!! The house was great with everything that you need to enjoy your holiday. There is a lovely walk into Newlyn and we met many several friendly locals whilst out walking our 2 westies.

Highly recommend the chip shop in newlyn - the cod is outstanding! The pizza restaurant in Newlyn is also really nice for an evening out.

Will definately be booking the house again in the future.
