Our semi-detached house is only ten minutes from centre of Santiago de Compostela. It is situated in the exclusive housing development of Parque Montouto. It has its own private garden and garage. It is a very quiet area with communal gardens, play area and sport courts. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are just at 2 minutes from the house. At 20 minute drive will take you to the Ria de Muros y Noia and Rias Baixas, boasting some of the best beaches in the region, where you can enjoy a full range of watersports, horse-riding, hiking, go-karting and many other outdoor activities.

If you need or want to rent a house to temporarily live or stay in Santiago our house will be your perfect home.

Santiago de Compostela (also Saint James of Compostela) is the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located in the north west of Spain in the Province of A Coruña, it was a 'European City of Culture' for the year 2000. The city's Cathedral is the destination today, as it has been throughout history, of the important 9th century medieval pilgrimage route, the Way of St. James (Galician: Camiño de Santiago, Spanish: Camino de Santiago). The Archdiocese of Santiago de Compostela hosted one of the Catholic World Youth Day gatherings.

We loved the decorating

The house was very clean and fresh. We loved the decorating, very nice! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard was perfect for our children to run around and play. There wasn't very much outside noise. There are lots of park and shops not too far away. It was a great, relaxing holiday

La casa estaba aún mejor de lo que esperábamos, totalmente equipada y comodísima. No hemos echado nada en falta. La ubicación excelente. Si hubiese más propietarios como Víctor y Raquel, alquilar casas sería una garantía de bienestar. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Beautiful house in a quiet location. Very comfortable with all equipment provided to cook family meals. Superb Internet access. Park and supermarket nearby. Owner on hand: very friendly and speaks good English. Would recommend to other families.

Bellissima villa

Bellissima villa, ottimamente arredata ed accessoriata. eccellente biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina. Pulizia ottima. Quartiere tranquillo, con negozi e farmacia a dieci minuti a piedi e centro commerciale a dieci minuti d'auto, facilmente raggiungibile, così come il centro storico. Proprietario molto gentile, parla italiano. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Muy acogedora y bien equipada. Lugar tranquilo pero cercano al centro de Santiago. Los dueños muy amables y simpaticos. Si volvemos a Santiago repetiremos.
