Rua Senhora dos Loreto, lagos 8600: Located 1 block behind the main avenue along the seafront, Ave dos Descobrimentos, and only 200 metres from the Marina bridge which leads onto the main beaches.

You are surrounded by fish restaurants, shops, hairdressers, Municipal Market ( fruits, veg, fish and meats), churches and museums.

The Marina and the beautiful sea promenade are only 200 metres away. The promenade stretches along the seafront for a few kilometres. Beautiful sunsets, boats and sand.....

A car is not needed to access all of the above, which are all on your doorstep. However, there is an underground garage space available if required.

Water parks are located on the A 22 motorway and buses go there almost every hour.

Golf courses abound in the area - boa Vista, Alto, Penina, etc. Full map of golf courses are shown on our home website, together with a Things To Do List, Restaurants, Water Parks, etc

  • The above Prices are based on 4 people. A supplement of £ 50 will be charged per additional bed space provided - with a Max of 6 persons allowed.
    Payment by Bank Transfer is preferred. Cheques and PayPal( 2% Supplement) are acceptable.

    A non refundable Booking Deposit of 25% is required to secure a confirmed Booking.
    The balance of 75% is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date.

    Security Sum of £ 150 is required against damages or cleaning issues. Fully refunded when Agent confirms that no such problems arose. This Sum is payable with the 75% balance.

    Flexibility on less than 1 week stay may be possible, but needs to be discussed well in advance of Arrival date.

My boyfriend and I, along with my parents stayed at this apartment 8th –15th September 2012

It was wonderful, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a good location.

It was within easy reach to Logos Old Town , Marina and bus station. Three was a supermarket right on the doorstep, which stocked everything you could need. However we ate out mostly as the local food, wine and beer are hard to bet.

We would definitely stay here again, couldn't ask for more

The property was clean and very comfortable. The customer service was great. The location was perfect for us. With a grocery store next door and a couple of excellent restaurants [Conventos Dos Frados for some of the best fish we've ever had and Frango Duarado for really good, authentic, peri-peri] nearby, we didn't need to go to town, but the walk was pleasant enough we went a few times anyway. Would definitely recommend this for a great holiday in Portugal.

We had a fantastic holiday staying in sundowners. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and provided absolutely everything we needed - including cot, highchair & buggy for our baby. The location was absolutely fantastic - we really appreciated the fact that the town, beach and marina were all within very easy walking distance, and there was a supermarket next door. We booked airport transfers via the owner and so didn't bother with the expense and hassle of hiring a car. We found Lagos a great place to stay - lovely town with a great beach and perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

Hi Paul

This is just to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Sundowners last week. The apartment is lovely - really comfortable. We all agreed it is the nicest place we have stayed. Such an easy location, especially if you don't want to drive. We are fans of taking local buses as you always see more and it is so convenient for the bus station. Sylvester was very helpful and we also had the same excellent driver from Yellow Fish for both transfers. He was full of helpful information but unfortunately I don't have his name.

It was an excellent week and if you want to use any of this information as a recommendation on your website, please feel free.

Hope to do the same trip again in the future.

This was our first visit to the Algarve and we couldn't have chosen better accommodation. The fixtures and fixings are to an extremely high standard and we found the apartment spacious, comfortable and very relaxing. With great views over Lagos, close to the Marina and a supermarket on the doorstep, made our stay very enjoyable.
My wife even got to watch her favourite soaps on the english satellite TV while I surfed the internet on the wireless dongle.
We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony watching Lagos life below while the children were entertaining themselves in the indoor pool, gym, sauna and jaccuzzi!
We will definitely be coming back to this apartment as it was home away from home for us and for a winter break with temperatures of 27.5 degrees!! Perfect.
Thank you Paul, keep the standards as high. Fantastic holiday, we returned totally stress free and relaxed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
