This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. There are 2 master suites both with walk-in closets.

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property

Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, one bedroom with king bed, and two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds, The family room has a fold out couch. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio with furniture and a barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is also a large barbeque area pool side for poker or playing cards.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Great place to host our wedding

What a beautiful place to rent. We would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Vegas with family and being close to the strip Plenty of things to do nearby if you the strip isn't to your taste The house is spacious, Clean and well kept. Everything you could need for your stay. The kids loved the pool and the games. The washing facilities are very handy so we didn't go home with much washing. Plenty of towels, pool towels and bedding. BBQ is great, ample fridge space (1 in garage) We got married here, so the house housed all our guests and we also had our wedding reception here afterwards Jamason was very easy to contact for the minor hiccups we had and entering and leaving the villa were easy. We understand why this house has so many return visitors We all cant wait to come back again in future Charli & Mathew

Fantastic....loved every moment we were there!!

We spent two weeks at this property and don't have any complaints whatsoever... we were a party of 9, from the UK with ages from 2 yrs to 70. The rooms were all perfect, and the pool was superb for the children. We spent most mornings in the house and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Spa in the evenings (after some long days, shopping, exploring etc) We had our own vehicle but on a couple of occasions we used taxis to take us to the strip, we used Uber and Lyft both of which were very competitive. The house was extremely clean, and we didn't have to worry about paper towels, bathroom tissue, washing powder etc, which is a first (we have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, and have never been provided with these essentials) it made such a difference. We visited many attractions, including the High Roller, Secret Garden, Shark Reef Aquarium Mob Museum, (to name but a few) plus we drove out to the Skywalk at the West tip of the Grand Canyon, Lake Las Vegas, and Nelson (the ghost Town) and Red Rock Canyon. We went to the Michael Jackson Cirque de Soleil show (which was amazing) and some of the party went on the Sin City Brewery Tour (highly recommended) plus the History channel tour, we got plenty of shopping in too!! We would like to thank Jameson and Lindsay for sharing this wonderful home...and hopefully we will be able to come back soon.

Like having your own hotel room!

I stayed at Jamason and Lindsey’s place with five friends. It was peaceful and spacious and each room was like it’s own private hotel room. The large general space was great for hanging out and catching up. We loved our stay and Jamason and Lindsay were very attentive when things came up while we were there.
