CENTRAL LONDON

You can catch an iconic London Red Double Decker bus from outside our apartment block and enjoy a leisurely ride through the streets of London to famous West End shopping streets such as Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street.
CITY OF LONDON
The City of London is a small and historic area which has held city status since time immemorial. The City’s boundaries have remained almost unchanged since the Middle Ages. It is often referred to as the Square Mile, as it is just over one square mile in area, and is the site of many of the UK’s financial services institutions such as the Stock Exchange and the Bank of England, which have historically been based (and remain) there.
THE O2
The O2 is a large vibrant entertainment district on the Greenwich peninsula in South East London on the south bank of the River Thames. It includes an indoor arena, a music club, a Cineworld cinema, an exhibition space, piazzas, bars and restaurants. It is only 4 miles from the apartment and easily reached by a short ride on the bus, underground or DLR. The O2 Arena, is one of the largest indoor arenas in Europe and has become one of the UK’s leading entertainment venues. It hosts a large number of pop concerts, sport (including the gymnastics events at the London 2012 Olympics) and entertainment events.
HISTORICAL GREENWICH
Greenwich, with its' magnificent park plays host to the equestrian events in the 2012 Olympics and is also the site of the Royal Observatory, the Queen's House and the National Maritime Museum. Enjoy a stroll through the very popular arts and craft markets in Greenwich village.
The area is served by North Greenwich tube station on the Jubilee Line and by a number of bus routes. Thames Clippers operate a river boat service for London River Services, providing a link between Central London and The O2. As well as a commuter service, Thames Clippers also operates The O2 Express service.
