This delightful spacious well furnished apartment is at ground floor level (approached by 5 steps). There is a large covered terrace. At the rear access through French windows from the dining area) is a secluded covered terrace/patio. The master bedroom, has an extra large king size bed. and plenty of hanging/storage space. En suite bathroom, with bath (shower over), wash handbasin and WC.

The second bedroom has twin beds, plenty of hanging and storage space. A door leads to the rear patio. Second bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Well fitted kitchen: large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster; good supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The lounge is spacious with settees, coffee table, TV (offering SKY free to air stations), DVD player. Dining area at the rear.

The upper pool (nearest the apartment) is perfect for sunbathing with the lower pool more suited to families.

This lovely apartment is within a small gated residential pueblo style development overlooking the attractive sandy bay of Santa Ponsa, which is about a 10 minute walk.

The resort is eminently suitable for families and couples alike. There are plenty of restaurants - to suit every taste - within easy walking distance. Santa Ponsa has plenty of shops and supermarkets.

There are plenty of golf courses within easy driving reach. The area boasts 2 marinas - one in Santa Ponsa itself and another, at El Toro. Here you will also find a lovely sandy beach and plenty of restaurants and bars.

The resort is also within easy reach of the water parks, the historic city of Palma with its spectacular cathedral and plethora of bars, restaurants and shops to explore. From Palma you can travel by a quaint train to Soller, or further afield by bus.

The recently constructed motorways have opened up the whole of the island - making Santa Ponsa an ideal place from where to explore.
