Comfy beds for 6, fantastic shower, beautiful kitchen, patio with stone BBQ/fire, deck and garden house overlooking the sea, washing machine and tumble, loads of family games, DVDs, and wifi - all set within a short distance of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

With the Saundersfoot beach around the corner you have everything you need for the perfect day. In the early morning light take the kayak and paddle to Monkstone point or one of the nearby beaches. Cast out a line and catch some mackeral whilst you take in the glorious surroundings. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the deck overlooking the sea, or, if the weather is a bit nippy – sit in the garden house with a warm cup of tea taking in the views. Later that evening, BBQ your catch and enjoy the evening until the sun goes down and the moon shines high in the sky. If you want to deeply relax, sit in the penetrating warmth of the sauna and let go of it all !

We are located within the small coastal village of Saundersfoot, 5 miles from Tenby. Everything you need for a lovely family holiday is here. Restaurants, convenience stores, pubs, shops, a lively harbour, and gorgeous beaches.

If you fancy a day out you will find yourself surrounded by 186 miles of coastal paths that dip in and out of pristine beaches and quaint towns. You can discover the medieval walled towns of Tenby or Pembroke Dock or explore the nearby castles. There are over 50 beaches in Pembrokeshire - so kayaking, surfing, or just having a paddle is at your doorstep. If you love wildlife, it is here in abundance. A boat trip around Ramsey Island is a real adventure - where you are likely to see dolphins, or Sun Fish, and a plethora of bird life is guaranteed. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is simply a breathtaking experience.

Notes

  • Couples ( 2 people) will receive a 10% discount on all bookings excluding the Summer Holidays (July 17th - Sept 3rd)
    We will consider short breaks at certain periods. A total of 2 dogs will be considered. A surcharge of £25 per dog per week will be charged.
  • To confirm the booking we will need a 25% non-refundable deposit. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday. A security deposit of £150 (one hundered and fifty pounds) will be paid with the final balance, and will be returned by cheque no later than two weeks after your holiday.
    A flat fee of £50 will be charged if the rubbish instructions has not been followed.
    A flat fee of £50 will be charged if we have to clean dogdirt from the garden, or if there is evidence that the dog has been upstairs or on the furniture.
  • We do not offer refunds in the event of cancellation and would strongly recommend you ensure you have adequate holiday cancellation insurance.

  • The three bedrooms in this coastal cottage are beautifully presented. Four poster beds with King size mattresses are in two of the rooms and two of the rooms also have their own sink which makes things that much easier when everyone is getting ready to go out for an evening meal. Notes: We provide the first basket of wood for the fires. A kayak for the sea, a surf board for the waves, and the exquisite Pembrokeshire Coast National Park at your doorstep. Although, we welcome everyone we do have to caution you that there are stairs in the house, as well as, the garden. This make accessibility difficult for some. We welcome you to holiday with your dog but please ask that you keep him or her downstairs and, of course, please pick up after them in the garden and on the beaches. We also request that there is no smoking inside the house. The garage in the house is for a small car only – if your car doesn’t fit then there is parking up the road near the primary school or we can provide a pass to park on the harbour – which is a short walk to the house. Of course, for unloading and loading you can park for a short time directly in front of the house.

This is marvellous house at which my partner and I have just spent a week. Beautifully and stylishly furnished, extremely well equipped with two stunning outside spaces. The owner is exceptionally helpful and provides more in the house than she needs to. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time on the Pembrokeshire Coast.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A great property in a great location!!

Llebroodon was a perfect choice for our Spring break. The spacious house is located a very short walk from the centre of the village which makes it very handy for the local amenities. The property is clean and homely and well stocked with essential domestic items. The garden is a haven of peace with a delightful garden house boasting splendid views of the surrounding coastline. Being early Spring we took full advantage of the log burner which provided us with a nice cosy atmosphere in the evenings. Hopefully we wont need this for our return booking later in the Summer! Thank you for providing us with a perfect holiday venue

We all had a blast.
Very refreshing to get out of the city & stay in such a humble community with everything on the doorstep of our tastefully renovated cottage.
We particularly enjoyed our walk at low tide to Monkstone point and then back along the coast path with its sheer cliffs & stunning views. The local establishments were very friendly offering good food & drink with local myth.

This house was great, perfect location for shops and beach, which was very handy having a dog. Loved the house very quirky and comfortable, great garden and decking area. Would come again, great for a quiet , relaxing, holiday. Owners parents were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, just like home from home!

Absolutely beautiful house, the owners had thought of everything and just a short walk into the village. We had a lovely time, my son fell in love with a cuddly rabbit which the owner posted to us after the holiday! Would stay here again.
