Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday apartment in San Marco - Malipiero Terrace
A 2 bedroom apartment to sleep 4 in the San Marco area
A handsome two bedroom apartment where you’ll immediately feel in the holiday spirit! Recently renovated and with two small adjoining terraces, Ca’ Malipiero sits on a delightful little street in the San Samuele area just steps away from the birthplace of the adventurer, writer and legendary lover, Giacomo Casanova (Calle Malipiero - 2 April 1725). Very close to the Palazzo Grassi Museum of Modern Art and a short, straightforward stroll to the cafes and liveliness of Campo Santo Stefano and the Accademia Bridge which crosses the Grand Canal and leads into the district of Dorsoduro.
Airy and beautifully bright (owing to its top/3rd floor position - but without too many steps to climb!) and with outlooks over three aspects, Ca’ Malipiero is well decorated, comfortably furnished and an ideal choice for up to 4.
It has a relaxing living area with a double sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen/dining room and two lovely small adjoining terraces offering little glimpses on Venice.
