Brighton has so much to offer - The World Famous Brighton Pier - The Exotic Royal Pavilion - The Lanes - The seafront - Preston Manor to name just a few. Outside the immediate Brighton Area you have charming downland villages such as Rottingdean, Ovingdean within a very short distance and then further afield within one hour´s drive you reach Lewes the ancient county town of East Sussex, Newhaven with its ferries to Dieppe in France, the lovely Victorian seaside resort of Eastbourne. Over to the West of the City of Brighton & Hove also within an hour´s drive you can soon reach the ´must-see´ town of Arundel with its 900 year old riverside castle and fascinating array of bookshops and antique shops and, of course, the lovely old City of Chichester, the capital of West Sussex. In this area there are some lovely seaside places to visit such as The Witterings and Chichester Harbour, not forgetting Bosham that lovely ´must see´waterside village.
