Three bedroom spacious luxury seafront holiday apartment to sleep 6/8 people.

3 and 4 day short breaks can be taken out of season and these cost 75%/85% of the weekly rate.

This is a very high standard spacious three bedroom second floor(with lift) apartment located about half a mile from the Center of Brighton and right on the seafront with wide ranging sea views. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. In the large double bedroom there is one slide under bed for an extra person There is a bathroom and a shower room. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Comfortable sitting room facing the sea.

Over to the West of the City of Brighton & Hove also within an hour´s drive you can soon reach the ´must-see´ town of Arundel with its 900 year old riverside castle and fascinating array of bookshops and antique shops and, of course, the lovely old City of Chichester, the capital of West Sussex. In this area there are some lovely seaside places to visit such as The Witterings and Chichester Harbour, not forgetting Bosham that lovely ´must see´waterside village.
