Three bedroom spacious luxury seafront holiday apartment to sleep 6/8 people.

This is a very high standard spacious three bedroom second floor(with lift) apartment located about half a mile from the Center of Brighton and right on the seafront with wide ranging sea views. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. In the large double bedroom there are two slide under beds for an extra two people. There is a bathroom and a shower room. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Comfortable sitting room facing the sea.

Outside the immediate Brighton Area you have charming downland villages such as Rottingdean, Ovingdean within a very short distance and then further afield within one hour´s drive you reach Lewes the ancient county town of East Sussex, Newhaven with its ferries to Dieppe in France, the lovely Victorian seaside resort of Eastbourne. Over to the West of the City of Brighton & Hove also within an hour´s drive you can soon reach the ´must-see´ town of Arundel with its 900 year old riverside castle and fascinating array of bookshops and antique shops and, of course, the lovely old City of Chichester, the capital of West Sussex. In this area there are some lovely seaside places to visit such as The Witterings and Chichester Harbour, not forgetting Bosham that lovely ´must see´waterside village.

Notes

  • The above prices are for up to 6 people. There are two slide under beds in the main bedroom. Use of these for extra people will cost £75 per person per week. There is a £350 returnable damage/cleaning deposit to be paid. This will be returned as soon as possible after the apartment has been inspected by the owner or his representative. For bookings of at least two weeks there will be weekly linen and towel changing service provided.

    Please add £25 for Easter weeks and £50 for the late May bank holiday week

We had a very nice time here in Brighton. We had our own private guide as my cousin has lived here for many years. We will miss the view over the ocean when we go back to our farm in Denmark. Hope to come back one day. Family of five from Vindblas in Denmark.

Lovely girlie 50th birthday weekend. London to Brighton bike ride finished right outside the flat. Loved the lycra views!! and the sea.

We all had a great time in Brighton again. This is a great flat - very good views and beds. Sky TV it's the best. Good pubs and shops. Sad to be going home.
