This modern first floor apartment over looking the communal swimming pool was built in 2007 and consists of: 2 bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room/toilet and balcony.

The balcony is south facing and has the full benefit from the sun from first rise to final setting.

The balcony also opens to sea view and wide open rustic landscape in front and mountain backdrop.

The bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets and consists of fitted double wardrobes with ample room, shelving and base for storing luggage until needed.

The apartment is ideally suited to sleep 4 people comfortably on 1 double and 2 single beds but an extra fold-away bed can be provided if required.

The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

The shower room is fitted with a wall mounted shower unit incorporating advanced jets designs that some might find beneficial for soothing arching limbs and back pain.

Rio Park is a new urbanization situated 20 minutes north of Alicante Airport and approximately 5 minutes from the neighbouring Bonalba golf course. It is conveniently positioned 8 minutes from Muchavista, El Campello and San Juan which boasts miles of sandy beaches, seaside restaurants, pavement cafes and stunning views along wide palm lined beach front promenades. This is most inviting for quiet strolls in tranquil and beautiful scenery which is fabulously illuminated at nights.

There are ample free parking spaces along the sea front and frequent tram service at generously discounted fares to take you south into Alicante or north into Benidorm.

There are lots of exciting things to do in the towns and villages around Rio Park such as in El Campello, San Juan, Alicante and Benidorm. Rio Park is situated in a more quiet and tranquil setting. It is excellent for swimming, relaxation, restaurant and leisurely walks through olive groves and rustic landscapes.

Other Activities: There is a local aerodrome where it is possible to have flying lessons

  • The large purpose made shower enclosure is fitted with a wall mounted power shower consisting of 6 high flow adjustable heads and 2 more gentle spray heads. Manipulation of hot and cold water controls can provide a massaging effect where it is known to soothe arching limbs and back pain to provide a more relaxing after feeling. The shower room is also complete with, bidet, low level WC, vanity mirror with basin and storage cabinet below for toiletries. This space also includes toiletries, rail and towels and discretely secreted washing machine.

  • The master bedroom has a double bed, low level bedside cabinets with fitted draws and bedside lights resting on top, complete with localised control switches. Ceiling light can be switched off from the door position or conveniently cancelled by low level switches either side of the bed. A large double glazed window provides maximum sunlight intrusion or exclusions to the slightest sound that might prevent any sleep disturbance. The window is fitted with easy raise/lower mosquito nets that will prevent even the tiniest insects from entering to create a nuisance, if you choose to leave the window opened to provide fresh air or view the stars during tranquil and peaceful reflections in your most personal quality time. Fitted roll up/down shutter will exclude the most intense daylight to make you feel that you could touch the darkness. This environment is excellent for resting without the slightest of outside disturbance during the night or day. The second bedroom is typical.
