Two 1 bed & one 3 bed holiday apartments with superb beach front location

Sunset Apartments is an attractive complex of 42 holiday homes in 3 blocks with a large shared pool, located next to Calis beach and its promenade.These 3 individual apartments are in A Block which is at the front of the complex boasting unobstructed panoramic sea views. The beach front location, proximity to tourist facilities and activities as well as the high standard of the apartments fixtures and fittings make these properties the perfect holiday home.

Sunset A18: Duplex apartment over the 2nd and 3rd floors. The entrance floor has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen, 2 balconies, shower/WC and master bedroom. Upstairs you have a 2nd living room which has 2 single beds and sofa bed, large sun terrace, bedroom with 3 single beds and large family bathroom.

Sunset A7: Located on the 1st floor. Open plan living/dining/kitchen with front balcony parallel to the seafront, shower/WC and double bedroom.

Calis Coast and Beach: From your balcony you can be bathing in the warm azure Aegean Sea within 1 minute!.An early morning swim is a pure pleasure. Calis has a small sand and shingle beach suitable for family use. It is quiet and peaceful with a good selection of waterfront bars, cafes and restaurants and is the perfect place to escape and rediscover the simpler pleasures of life. There is a water sport centre close by where you can hire or have instruction with windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. The most photographed beach in Turkey, Oludniz Blue Lagoon, is a 20min drive/30min bus trip away. The lagoon is a designated Natural Park of outstanding beauty and an international centre for paragliding. The climate is most agreeable with long hot sunny summers and mild temperate winters. Temperatures vary from over 30C mid summer to 16C in winter. Even in the winter months on a sunny day the temperature can reach over 20C.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycian region: The Turquoise Coast is without a doubt one of the most beautiful areas in which to relax and unwind. From the backdrop of the Taurus mountains the coast is full of beautiful beaches, crystal clear turquoise seas, stunning scenery and numerous places of interest and ancient sites full of history and culture.

The area has something for everyone, the thrills of white water rafting, paragliding off Babadag Mountain, ringo riding down the stunning saklikent gorge or why not visit the Dalyan Mud Baths (and look and feel 10 years younger!) the historical sites of Ephesus and Pamukkale. Or relax for the day on one of the many boat trips out of Fethiye or Olu Deniz Bay.

The choices are endless and will leave you wanting to come back time after time.

Travel: The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the Northwest with 45 mins transfer time to the resort. Transfers cost from £65 return for 1-3 people and from £70 return for 4+ people. Transfer fees are payable in sterling to our representative at the resort but full instructions will be provided when you are booking. Please note there is a £10 visa fee payable at the airport on arrival (for all tourist arrivals).

You enter this modern spacious fully air-conditioned apartment in the open plan living room/ dining/ kitchen. The lounge is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, 2 comfy chairs, marble dining table with 8 chairs and has 2 sea/beach facing balconies. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for self catering with a 4 burner hob, cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all your utensils. On this floor you have a designer shower/WC your double master bedroom Lounge number 2 or 3rd bedroom suitable for sleeping 3 guests is on the upper level, opening to your 3rd balcony with fab sea views. The 2nd fully furnished bedroom has 3 single beds and on this floor you have a large family jacuzzi bathroom with washing machine. Linen and towels included but not beach towels. The apartment manager lives on site and as well as handling you booking is available to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. Services on offer include welcome packs, airport transfers, car hire, etc etc.

Notes: The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and has under floor heating. It is non-smoking but there are 3 large balconies where you can smoke if you wish. The on site pool is open from 10am - 7pm (mid May-mid Oct), their are plenty of sun loungers available and a small kiddies pool. The beach at the front of the complex has sun loungers and umbrellas available for a small charge. The region's surf and water sports school and club is just a 10 min walk along the beach and caters for all skill levels and ages.
