The property has a secure integral garage, 3 bedrooms each with a private balcony and a further room with a sofa bed . Outside it has a walled private garden with a beautiful swimming pool with well maintained gardens and bbq area.

Inside has an open plan living area with wood burning fire and, 3 bathrooms (including 1 en suite) kitchen and play room.

Lying close to the beautiful fishing town of Nazare (approx 1.5 km), with its bustling bars, restaurants and street cafes and the sophisticated beach resort of Sao Martinho (approx 10 km) with its sheltered golden sands, this villa retains the tranquility of a rural setting and is only a short drive to the rugged sand dunes and a 10km stretch of deserted Atlantic coastline.

Other local amenities are at a short distance; less than a 5 minutes drive to a large supermarket, an excellent aqua park and a popular nature reserve as well as the ancient dual towns of Sitio and Nazare with their famous funicular railway climbing the hillside between them.

The famous hill town of Obidos is close, with its walled castle and cobbled streets is well worth a visit. So is the Obidos lagoon which is perfect for sailing, wind-surfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding etc via the Lagoon sailing school.

Most of the beaches along this stretch of coast are perfect for surfing, so don't forget to pack your body board!

Horse riding, tennis, mountain biking and even bullfighting are all available locally.

Banks, Post Offices etc. are all available in Nazare.

Lovely quiet spot and not far to walk down into the town and to the beach. Nazare has a stunning beach, cliff view point and plenty of seaside charm with narrow cobbled streets. Owner was really helpful in accomodating us. The villa had lots of space and privacy and the kids loved the pool!
