Our beautiful recently renovated ground floor one bedroom apartment is located only 2 minutes from Haymarket Rail Station and the Airport tram & bus stops. Even has it's own garden and private parking. Great location for buses, trains & trams to all parts of Edinburgh and further afield. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all nearby.

The lounge has two quality John Lewis sofas - one of which is a double sofa bed. There is a dining table and chairs for four. 42' wall mounted TV with free view. Free Internet provided.

The stunning fully equipped kitchen with quality units includes hob, oven dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker etc.

Luxury fitted shower room. The apartment has constant hot water and gas central heating.

Travel cot, highchair, dvd's, toys & games supplied free of charge.

The apartment is cleaned to the highest standard.

We supply a 'welcome pack' which contains, milk, bread & butter.

Perfect for exploring Edinburgh

My wife and I spent 3 days here in early September. We really liked the property as it met all our requirements of proximity to the city, facilities, space, secure off-street parking and close restaurants. The nearest Hop On / Hop Off tourist bus stop is only a few hundred yards away, but we actually walked to the Edinburgh Castle as well. The apartment is very clean with modern conveniences. A supermarket is just up the road, should you wish to cook in (but there are also many good restaurants on the main road). Great value for money

Quiet retreat in central location

We had a lovely two night weekend break - thoughtful provision of bottle of wine in the fridge, as well as the usual milk, bread, coffee etc. The location is perfect for travel by train, though car parking space is a bonus for anyone driving. Bright, modern and comfortable, and in an area with real character - would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Property And Location

Fantastic ground floor main door property in a lovely little street. Modern and compact with private parking and patio. Quiet location within minutes walk of the centre. Highly recommended for a short city break. Ideal for a couple/small family. Very nice and helpful owner also.

Peaceful spot walkable to the city

This is a lovely, well-equipped flat on a quiet pedestrianised street, about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre. The owners were very friendly and efficient. I'd definitely go back.

Superb!
