Our beautiful recently renovated ground floor one bedroom apartment is located only one minute from Haymarket Rail Station and the Airport bus stop. Even has it's own garden and private parking, great location for buses, trains, airport bus, shops, restaurants and bars.

The lounge has two quality John Lewis sofas - one of which is a double sofa bed. There is a dining table and chairs for four. 42' wall mounted TV with free view. Internet provided.

The stunning fully equipped kitchen with quality units includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc.

Luxury fitted shower room. The apartment has constant hot water and gas central heating.

Travel cot, highchair, dvd's, toys & games supplied free of charge.

The apartment is cleaned to the highest standard.

GREAT PROPERTY AND LOCATION

Fantastic ground floor main door property in a lovely little street. Modern and compact with private parking and patio. Quiet location within minutes walk of the centre. Highly recommended for a short city break. Ideal for a couple/small family. Very nice and helpful owner also.

PEACEFUL SPOT WALKABLE TO THE CITY

This is a lovely, well-equipped flat on a quiet pedestrianised street, about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre. The owners were very friendly and efficient. I'd definitely go back.

REAL TREASURE

The perfect place in Edinburgh. We stayed there in June 2013 with our 2 children and found it a really good choice. The location is excellent and hard to beat, very central but absolutely quiet. The cottage is well equipped and the owners made is instantly welcomed. We will definately come back!

LOVELY - JUST BOOK IT!

Having spent 4 years living in Edinburgh at university I know the city well. This is a good location to be, and the free and secure parking is a massive bonus. The apartment is MUCH bigger than anything you will find in the tourist spots and is in a really characteristic little part of the city where you can easily stoll into the west end of the city with all the nice shop and bars. There is a great fine ale & beer store just around the corner and plenty of shops nearby, you are also stumbling distance from a fab little chinese called Chop Chop.

The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped, we are return customers and this is our first choice for a weekend in the city.
