This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property has a modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading on to both a private balcony perfect for breakfast and a large patio area that seats 8 ideal for family meals with stunning sea/sunset views. Property also has front and back gardens. All rooms have air conditioning. All rooms have access to a balcony. Property is in gated development with 24 hour security and has use of communal pools immediately to rear of house. House very child friendly with stair gates and cot available. 5 min walk to Kuster beach which boasts bars and restaurants and where all watersports are catered for. EATING OUT / IN : Kusadasi has many fine restaurants that will cater to all tastes and ages, there are some fine fish restaurants down by the harbour, which also offers an opportunity to admire the amazing seaviews and sunsets. We have always found that all though the villa is 5 kms from the centre of town on a dolmus rote a vast majorityof the restaurant owners are amenable to giving you a lift home (negotiage first).

For the self catering, the villa is appprox 300mts away from a modern Mini-markets nd petrol stations which stocks the everyday things like bread, milk, juices, biscuits and usual icecreams and treats. The villa is aslo catered by the dolmus route which goes past a Migros supermarket. The Palmclub Hotel resort which is at the edge of the complex is open to non residents for food, drink etc...( they do a great Turkish night on Thursdays).

House is in a well placed position to base a holiday in Turkey, it is100 metres from a dolmus stop that caters for both Kusadasi(5 minutes) and Adaland, Aqua fantasy waterparks (10 minutes). From Kusadasi port there is a daily Ferry available to Greek island of Samos, a worthwhile day trip. The historical sites of Ephesus, Priene and Miletus are within easy reach by dolmus as is the market town of Selcuk and Sirince a traditional greek village, all are well serviced by restaurants serving traditional Aegean specialities. Pigale/Kuster beach is within walking distance and is a family orientated residential beach with all amenities and various bar/restaurant facilities. Kusadasi town is approximately 5 mins by dolmus and features all the attractions, restaurants and night-life associated with a popular holiday resort. Kusadasi harbour with it traditional bars is of note for its picture perfect sunsets and a pleasant way to end a day after visiting one of its many public town beaches.

Notes: House is Very child friendly and has 2 large outdoor enclosed grass areas for playing in, overlooked by the patio/veranda areas as seen in the photos. The patio area at the side of house leads on to the patio area at the front door (as seen in photo) these can be acessed by both the front and back door and boasts faboulous sea/sunsets views and is a perfect seating in which to have a meal/bbq. The indoor dining area has double doors (in photos red curtains are closed over then) leading off to its own private balcony and seating area with sea views to front and is perfect for a shaded breakfast. The pool area has a separate childrens pool, shower, toliet and changing facilities which are maintained on a daily basis. As you will see from the photos the pool has fablous sea views and arrangments can be made to have the pool lights left on at night perfect for a late night swim or pool party. Sun lougers are available poolside. The pool overlooks the house patio area.

Great family Holiday!

I stayed here in Sept/oct 2010, fantastic views and location. The weather this time of year was great 30c most days and sunny. Ideally located for all the local sites and amenities. Away from the husstle and bustle yet close enough too. Very comfortable house beside the pool and with a lovely roof terrace. Iam now a fan of turkey and plan to go back to this house this year.
The owners were very helpful with some great advice about where to go and what to do.
House was very clean and well appointed. the town of selcuk was a favouite of mine to visit.
Some of my friends have been since on my recommendation and feel the same way.

Very Good villa

The villa was a nice size. The pool is lovely with hardly anybody else there. The property is just outside Kusadasi with Dolmus's running every few minutes.

There is also a Haman just in walking distance which we went to a great expereince. Went on a jeep safari great fun. The beach is nice but you need shoes to get past the stones in the sea.

Would definitely go again and recommend the villa. You do need a car as it is at the top of the complex. Hakan the gentleman who provides advice has a lovely restaurant in Selcuk and we went there twice eating by ancient ruins where storks had made their nests in the top of the ruins, (very atmospheric).

Splendido appartamento con architettura moderna e meravigliosa vista sul mare Aegean. Composto da 4 camere finemente arredate ed attrezzato con aria condizionata, impianto satellitare, tv, lavatrice, etc...
L'appartamento è situato a poca distanza da Kusadasi (10 minuti tramite autobus) in un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. Avrete l'opportunità di trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax, al sole, con la convenienza di poter godere agevolmente della vita mondana di Kusadasi.
La spiaggia pubblica "Kustar beach" è raggiungibile a piedi ed è ben collegata a famosi parchi acquatici a tema.
Il residence a carattere privato e sicuro offre ai residenti una piscina distante solo 100 metri dalla porta di casa. L'appartamento è circondato da un giardino ed ha un grande terrazzo ideale per barbecues e per rilassarsi di fronte a splendidi tramonti sul mare.
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso qui vacanze indimenticabili e non possiamo che raccomandarvi questo posto meraviglioso.

Excellent House and great location

I have rented this house for family holidays for the last two years and have found the house excellent. The property is great with lots of living space and spacious bedrooms. Lots of outdoor balconies too which is great in the evening time. The development is quiet so was great for young family.

The pool area is quite open which means it doesnt get too hot and the small pool is great for the kids also. It doesnt seem to get very buzy - a few kids early evening but is great for chilling out. If you ask they will even arrange night time swims with the whole area lit up which is spectacular.

Overall I would highly recommend this house as it is within easy reach of kusadasi with the dolmus running along the end of the road and kuster beach is about a 10 min walk away. Its also handy that there is a bar, restaurant and pool at the end of the road if u fancy some company - their Turkish night is one of the best in Kusadasi and its free!
