4 bedroom villa sleeps 8, centrally located on the island for all attractions

Villa Tiaskia is situated on the outskirts of Tias.It is one of the few villas offering a covered pool.The advantage, Lanzarote has prevailing north-easterly winds, our covered and heated pool can be enjoyed all year round, no wind chill and no cold water. The lounge/dining room comfortably seats 8 people. Satellite TV, DVD player, books, full sized pool table, hockey and football tables.There are 3 bedrooms in the villa,1 is en-suite, while the other 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom which has a corner tub and shower. The 4th bedroom with en suite is ideal for grandparents, nannies etc and is situated just outside of the villa. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle etc. We provide a security safe, all bedding, towels, fans, etc. Maid service at request. The villa is very well equipped and guests have commented it feels like 'a home from home'. We aim to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible so please inquire to confirm all your requirements.

With 89 beaches covering 54 kilometres - Lanzarote is a Mecca for beach lovers. The main resort Puerto del Carmen is 5 min drive away. Passing the newly developed golf course. Tias is also a great location to explore Lanzarote. For example the Timanfya National Park (volcanos) to the south or Jameo del Agua (caves) to the north.

Villa Tiaskia

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Villa Tiaskia. The party consisted of 3 generations, grandparents, grown up children and grandchildren and was to celebrate my (special) birthday. The villa is very spacious and is equipped with everything one would need on holiday. The pool table and air hockey was put to good use, as was the pool. There was an issue when we arrived but as soon as Sanjay was informed he got onto the problem immediately and it was fixed in no time at all really, and did not impact on our holiday. I have to say that Sanjay could not have been more helpful, and it is obvious that he really cares about his guests. Thank you Sanjay.
Car hire is a must and we had booked this is advance from the airport. We ventured out to the Timanfaya volcano, and to the karting at San Bartolome, and really enjoyed both activities. The market at Teguise is a must, if only for the atmosphere, as well as the bargains. Shop around for the best prices though as some stalls try to charge ridiculous prices, All in all, we had a fantastic holiday at Villa Tiaskia and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, but still close enough to visit.

Lovely Villa !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're home in Shetland now after a fantastic trip to Lanzarote!!!

We really want to thank you so much for renting your lovely villa to us for our holiday. It was really fantastic!! The location was perfect and we felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. We thoroughly appreciated the welcome pack and the bottle of wine on our arrival as the supermarkets etc were all closed at that time....THANKS!!!!!!

We really loved the covered in pool.... it was a huge bonus with all the family especially the smaller children who went from clinging on to us when we arrived to jumping in at the deep end by the time we left.

We will definitely recommend the villa to other people and would love to rent it from you again some time in the future.

Villa was fantanstic

We would like to say that we absolutely loved the villa, what you see on the
website is what you get.

The villa was very clean and very comfortable. The welcome pack was very
much appreciated, and the water cooler was a brilliant addition.

The covered swimming pool was amazing, our 3 year old learned to swim in the
2 weeks as she was able to go in there every day.

As advised car hire was essential, you do need to look around as prices vary
dramatically.

We would recommend this property without hesitation, and will definitely be
looking at returning!!!!.

Fantastic All Rounder

We were a party of five with ages ranged from 15 to 72. We booked this villa because we wanted to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing time which is exactly what we found. The villa had everything we wanted, and more, in a quiet location with a wonderful pool. The villa was clean and it was cleaned again after our first week with fresh laundry. Customer service was very good and the owner was helpful and very friendly.
The pool is wonderful, covered and very warm. It is also quite a big pool and we had the 5 of us in together which was great fun. At night, the pool lights made it very special.
We hired a car which is really desirable if you want to see the rest of the island and for shopping. We self catered all the time which was quite easy as the shopkeepers usually understand English.
A car means you can get out to the sights. We would recommend Timanfaya fire mountain (go later in the day after most of the coach tours), Cesar Manrique centre, Tequise for the market on Sunday and for the town on other days and the coastline near El Golfo.
I must mention the games in the villa. They provided great fun for all of us and afterwards we could relax with the SKY TV. The internet access was very useful although sometimes the WIFI cut out during our stay. I understand that this has now been resloved by the owner
Altogether, a memorable holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
