Sandy toes is a charming Cottage Style beach house built in 2011. A private single family residence; fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it has 1600sq ft of living space.
Maximum: 6 guests allowed.
The large front porch extends the entire length of the house. Steps extending from it lead you directly to the beach. Or, stay on the porch and sit in one of the adirondack chairs and relax while taking in the views. Enjoy watching pelicans, seagulls, ospreys and bald eagles as they soar above or dive into the Gulf for fish. You can also see dolphins as the play in the water.
As you enter the house, the open floor plan includes a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full sized front loading steam washer and dryer.
On the right of the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite masterbath. It includes a walk-in closet and a full bathtub with shower. Enjoy the Gulf views directly from the bed.
On the left of the living room and down the hall are the two guest rooms; each with a queen size bed and closet, and the guest bath. The front quest room has a Gulf view while the back guest room has views of natural Marsh lands where you can see white egrets nesting.
Take pictures and upload instantly; the beach house has a wireless DSL modem for internet access.
Sandy Toes is in the prefect location. Lovely surroundings with Live Oak trees and the beach outside the front door while there is a nature lover's viewing dream in back. Bring binoculars.
This beach house is 50mins from the Gulfport/Biloxi International airport, 30mins from Biloxi's Casinos and entertainment, and 20mins from downtown Ocean Springs.
Downtown is the jewel of Ocean Springs. It's quaint arts community of museums, art galleries (featuring local artists) and restaurants are prefect for strolling on a Saturday afternoon. The Walter Anderson Museum is located on Government Street in downtown Ocean Springs. Study the works of art by the well-known artist Walter Anderson whose inspiration came from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Horn Island.
