About this property

Quaint with the Perfect Location Row House in Killarney Town Centre

4 Lower Sunnyhill in Killarney is a perfect base to set off to see the Ring of Kerry or day trip to Dingle. Basically its what we would like ourselves when traveling, clean, comfortable and well appointed throughout. We have other properties in Killarney located at The Priory Killarney Courtyard Cottages.

Sunnyhill has 2 floors and 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms upstairs and shower downstairs.

There is a large 'pot belly' stove in the sitting room for added comfort and warmth.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, stove, microwave all the modern cons. A washer and dryer in the back utility room as well.

The 3 bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds.

'Downtown' Killarney is a 2 minute walk but everyone says we're in town. There is plenty of parking right outside the door. Plus off street private parking. So you can operate from here without a rental car.

Wonderful vibrant town center with the best of pubs featuring traditional music and pub grub. Great restaurants and shopping plus a cinema as well - everything is within walking distance. The train station and bus station are a 5 minute stroll.

Rent a bike and head to Killarney National Park, over 23,000 acres. Go walking up Torc Mountain or hiking up Carrantuohill (the highest peak in Ireland). Take in an afternoon at the Spa, whatever you feel like its pretty much here! Don't forget about all the Golf courses which are close-by also.

Welcome to Killarney.

Perfect Holiday Home in downtown Killarney
We (Family of five) stayed for a week in Tim's lovely home in Killarney and had a great time. The cottage is spacious, cosy and very well equipped in everything, kitchen (utensils, equipment, number of crockery), bedrooms with extra bedding, sitting room with games/ books and a second entrance, which is perfect for wet weather. The teenage girls were able to explore the town independently as it's really only a two minute stroll into town. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend this house.

Lovely property
Spotlessly clean, very close to town, but unfortunate final night when we were accused of having a party, presumably from age profiling, no music, just two people talking - bear this in mind if intending to stay up and talk at night

Everything you need
My family and I stayed in this property for 4 nights in Killarney and I can't fault it. It's deceptively spacious and practically in the centre of town close to all amenities. There was an issue with our water heating and Tim and Bernadette were straight round to sort it out as soon as we let them know. Would definitely stay here again.

Sunnyhill Lower Kilarney
Key information provided was incorrect. Took an hour waiting outside the property to get through to the owner to provide accurate information about key so could get into the house. Front garden a jungle and rubbish piled high in the back yard, with nasty flies swarming everywhere. To be fair to the owner, he was apologetic and came the following day to clear the rubbish and tidy the front garden. Pots and pans were not clean (owner clearly hadn't checked after the last visitors). Bathroom window would not close properly - an invitation to flies to come in at night. Otherwise the property was OK, but the first impression stayed with us. Property convenient for town centre and for accessing all roads out of town.

Charming house and central to everything
We had 6 people comfortably in this quaint little house. It was so well equipped even with turf and wood for the fire. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Owners were lovely to deal with also
