100msq. 2 bedroom apt sleeps 5/6, 2 balconies, separate shower, bathroom and wc.

Within a 10min. bus ride from the centre of Cannes, our apartment is situated in the newly completed, secure and gated apartment/villa complex, Cannes Grand Parc, adjacent to the 35 hectare Natural Park of La Croix des Gardes. There are 2 swimming pools within landscaped gardens bordered by laurier roses, mimosas and olive trees. The apartment ,on elevated ground floor has 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds,1 single bed and 1 sofa bed, would sleep comfortably 5-6 persons. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open-plan. There are also 2 balconies where one can dine al fresco in the front and read in peace and quiet at the back. The kitchen comes fully equipped including a dishwasher and an oak topped island separates the spacious lounge area with 2 large sofas, a flat-screen TV, radio/CD player and wi-fi internet access. Car hire is not necessary but a parking space is reserved with the rental. Within 5-8mins. walk are the local shops, supermarket, bus stop and bank/ATM.

Perfectly situated to tour the Cote d'Azur region with easy train or bus access to Antibes, Nice, Monaco, St. Tropez and St. Paul de Vence. From the apartment complex it is a short scenic drive along Blvd. Leader to centre of Cannes or for the more energetic, a 30-40min downhill walk through the Natural Park of La Croix des Gardes at your doorstep to Midi beach and old town. Numerous golf courses are nearby and skiing is an hour or so away from Nice. Also a short walk are local amenities including a supermarket, butcher, grocer, baker, pizzeria, cafes and bank.
