About Esther Ervin
This beautiful gatelodge is at the entrance to our Family Farm which was purchased in 1923. It was originally built as a Porters Lodge for the Gentlemans Residence which is Scion Hill. When my Grandfather purchased Scion Hill it was ossupied by workers from the family Flax Mill. In 2010 we decided that it should be refurbished into Self Catering Accomodation. The original patrt of the building is now a spacious Kitchen and Living Room while there is a luxurious new extension housing bedrooms, utility room, bathrooms and a hall. The property is very light and airy with high ceilings, large rooms and plenty of windows to enjoy the view.
