Villa 'Les Vignolles' was built in 2007 to a very high standard in the abundantly sunny South-Ardeche region. The luxurious villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which offer direct access onto the terrace at the rear of the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, furnished with dimension stones. The living (measuring 80m2) has a large panoramic oriel and adjoins the very well equiped open kitchen. The outside is very spacious, offering several furnished terraces, a large garden filled with local flowers and herbs and a pool with a view. The nearby village with its ancient centre will provide you with your daily needs. The town hosts a weekly market and various other interesting attractions during the season. The region offers a large number of activities like hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing, Golf and cycling. Stunning

A gorgeous villa in a stunning location. However, not as clean as we would have expected (crumbs in bread basket, greasy grill pan and a lot of cobwebs). Also, the owners items being left such as alcohol and various food items seemed odd for a holiday rental. The pool was absolutely lovely and very clean and the pool men came each week and serviced it very discreetly. The scorpions were a bit of a shock! Overall a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of France.

Wonderful view and facilities

This is a terrific place to stay. Best of all is the view over the valley towards the ancient hamlet of Naves which we never got tired of looking at. The villa is equipped to a high standard and the garden is excellent for eating out, sitting by the pool, watching the birds and butterflies and enjoying the quietness. Very little traffic uses the narrow road outside which goes up into the hills and the small, ancient hamlet of Brahic. It's handily located to get into the town of Les Vans which is hidden behind a hill, and has supermarkets, restaurants and a thriving market twice a week in the summer months. The are many options to go walking in the hills or down towards the local river, Le Chassezac, less well known that L'Ardeche but with its own beautiful gorge and options for taking a canoe. Cycling enthusiasts will also love the area, with chances to choose less challenging terrain as well as much more challenging and mountainous routes. Owners are very helpful and provide lots of information. I have recommended this to relatives who have also stayed there.

Villa panoramique sur les monts d’Ardèche

Très belle maison, aménagée avec goût, bien équipée, disposant d’une vue panoramique incroyable. La piscine à débordement est suffisante pour se rafraîchir ou une partie de ballon. La maison est climatisée, appréciable pendant la canicule. Christine et Jean Claude adorables. Les petits bémols : la zone ne dispose pas du tout à l’égout et il y avait des remontées d’odeurs désagréables dans une des chambres. Chaque chambre dispose de sa (ses) douche (s) ce qui est appréciable , mais mettre des WC vue sur la porte d’entrée dans 2 des chambres n’est pas une riche idée… Enfin la zone du haut gras abrite beaucoup de petits scorpions pas bien méchants, mais bon à savoir 😉

séjour dans une villa en ardèches

villa avec une vue magique que ce soit de la terasse, de la piscine, du salon ou des chambres c'est juste innoubliable.l'acceuil très agréable à notre arrivée comme pour notre départ. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes mais avec ce paysage magnifique le temps passe très vite. les chambres sont spatieuses avec douches et lits confortables. la clime dans les chambres est très appréciable lors de forte chaleur. grand salon avec vue sur le paysage, salle à manger et cuisine trsè spatieux avec tout ce que nous avions besoin comme à la maison ... la terrasse extérieur est très pratique et lors de repas ou petit déjeuner la vue sur le paysage est très agréable. la piscine à débordement est grande et la vue sur le paysage vous donne envie de rester dans l'eau même si l'eau est froide. Nous avons passé une semaine magique en famille dans iun cadre époustoufflant et une chose est sur nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Le seul point négatif c'est l'évacuation d'une des douches des chambres car l'eau a du mal a s'évacuer mais cela ne pose pas de problème pour prendre notre douche mais seulement 1 par un . Envie de vous évader cette villa vous transportera dans un autre univers......

Fantastisch!

Superfijne week gehad in deze prachtige sfeervolle villa op de berg. Bij binnenkomst een "WOW" effect. Gelijk zicht op het prachtige uitzicht waar je niet alleen buiten maar ook binnen van kunt genieten. Infinity pool was geweldig en schoon! Heerlijke bedden en comfortabel huis. Voelde als thuis, een week was te kort :)
