Fabulous Top Floor Apartment with Large Terrace - Eiffel Tower & Les Invalides

We have just returned from an extended travel through Europe. The highlight of our trip was the time we spent in Paris. During the week that we were there we found Paris to be lovely. From the people, the food, the wine and all the attractions. And, what made all this most enjoyable was where we stayed. The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The apartment manager, Maria, is very efficient and easy to work with. She took care of a lot of details and supplied us with good information. Besides being a very nice place to stay the best part is the location. You are in the heart of most of the major attractions. Only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. And, we found numerous excellent cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Our favorite was La Fontaine De Mars where we dined several times.
If you are planning on going to Paris we would highly recommend this apartment for an enjoyable holiday.

Our favorite neighborhood in Paris is the 7th. This was a perfect location for us. Very safe and quiet. The apartment is huge and extremely comfortable. The outdoor space with the sun shade was perfect for meals as the weather was unseasonably warm. Maria was very helpful and professional. Our security deposit was returned in a timely manner. We would love to stay in the apartment again and highly recommend it!

A very well sized apartment and exactly how it was described. The beds were very comfortable.The cleaner is obviously proud of her work as everything was spotless. The large outdoor patio was deifintiely a bonus and was lovely to sit out at in the evening. There was the occasional waft of cigarette smoke from the neighbor but otherwise no problems. Very close proximity to the Eiffel Tower which meant that we visited it several times - a spectacular sight at night. There are many restaurants in the area with varying cuisines as well as patisseries and small grocery stores. Two train stations, which service different lines, within a 5 min walk as well as a taxi rank along Rue Bosquet. Because we weren't leaving Paris until late afternoon we were fortunate to be able to leave our luggage in the apartment till later. The apartment manager's communications were always very prompt and excellent before, during and after our stay and our security deposit was returned within 2 days. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
