Modern and very luminous apartment in Barcelona with amazing sea views

Our fabulous 100m2 apartment is very comfortable and bright; ideal for a family or a group of friends. From the balcony you can enjoy meals with the most beautiful views to the sea and the Olympic Port. Only a short walk from the beach.

Walking access: right next to the metro // 5 minutes to the beach // 8 minutes to a shopping mall that has cinemas (English version), restaurants, shops and a gym // 5 minutes to lots of restaurants by the sea side.

By metro: 3 stops to Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter // 2 stops to El Born, the cathedral, Picasso museum, main shopping street 'Passeig de Gracia' and Plaça Catalunya. // 5 stops to Sagrada Familia // 6 stops to Parc Guell and Montjuic.

This neighborhood is very quiet and safe, but you can find many restaurants by the seaside, shops, and parks . There is also a multi-screen cinema (original version with Spanish subtitles) and several shops within the ICARIA shopping mall, which is only within minutes walking from the apartment.

Its great location, the Olympic Village, it is where the athletes lived during the Olympic Games in 1992. The area was rebuilt at that time by the architects that won a FAD architecture prize.

The apartment is located on one side of the Olympic Village, which is very close to the Ciutadella park and the Gothic quarter.

Very close to the apartment you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Barcelona, the Ciutadella park (the most popular park in the city where the Zoo is located) and the Gothic quarter.

The nearest metro station is 50m away (Yellow line Ciutadella-Vila Olímpica), and there are also 5 bus lines 20m away. There is also a multi-screen cinema (subtitled movies), several supermarkets 30m away and the Bicycle service from the Barcelona Town Hall 20m away.

The apartment is how it looks like in the pictures.
The coffee maker was not working when we arrived, but someone came and replaced it very quickly. Nice neighborhood, quiet.
