Elegant and modern apartment with roof terrace. Spacious and comfortable.

This beautiful 90 m2 apartment is very comfortable and ideal for groups. Located right next to Las Ramblas and near the beach; right next all the “must see” places in the Gothic Quarter. It also has a lovely roof terrace with a chill out zone including sun beds and showers. Certain parts of the apartment measure 2.10 m2.

WALKING ACCESS: a few meters away from Las Ramblas as well as many restaurants and cafes // 8 minutes to the main shopping street “Passeig de Graçia” (brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc) and Plaça Catalunya// 15 minutes to Barceloneta beach.

This is great apartment for kids, adults, elderly... it was very comfortable for us and service was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the TV, but they quickly came and fixed it.

Accomodation has perfect location, in a quite area close to the Ramblas. The accomodation is perfect for groups up tp 8 people or two families.
