2 bedroom apartment to sleep 4 in Central Brighton, near the train station

This apartment is fully furnished and comfortable and homely. Situated in a lovely public garden square very central but also away from it all and very quiet. The owners are local and available to help, but also will leave you in peace to enjoy the home. This flat can be ideal for all sorts of guests and particularly for families with children over the age of 8 and for owners of small or companion pets.

Parking: Parking is notorious in Brighton so you would need to book a pass with the NCP. If you do not require the car during the week then you can park up Dyke Road where it starts to be free after the Tesco Metro/petrol station. It is a 25 minute walk / 5 minute bus journey from there back to the apartment.

Smoking: This is strictly prohibited. There is a balcony available for you to use. Please make sure you dispose of all cigarette butts and ash after use.

The apartment is located in Central Brighton on a high plateau with views of the Sea. It is a short walk from the main Train Station or a 3 minute taxi ride. There are plenty of shops and restaurants for you to visit locally. It is a 15 minute walk from the Pier and the famous shopping Lanes and the Theatres and other centres of entertainment.

Notes

  • There is a rental rate for 1 - 2 guests and a rental rate for 3-4 guests. For 3-4 guests you need to add £10 each night and £35 depending on season.

    Advance Rental of 50%+ minimum via bank or PayPal transfer. Balance payable on arrival in cash.

    Please note the preference is for a minimum of 3 nights. 2 nights may be agreed for weekend bookings only at the discretion of the owner.

    The daily rates are based on short stays of up to 4 nights. Any stays of 5+ nights are charged no higher than the weekly rate.

    The weekly rate is the maximum charged for any time spent within a week.

    There may be discount of 5% for guests staying 14 nights or longer depending on season and other circumstances.
  • BRIGHTON PRIDE is subject to a supplement.
  • Check in is from 3pm.
    Check out is 11am. Extended check out time - £10 each hour up to 3pm and subject to advance request and owner's consent.

    There is a refundable security deposit of £50 - £250. This is depending on the number and ages of guests and length and reasons of stay. The refund will be subject to international bank charges (£10) for non-UK accounts.

Children from age 5. Ages of children required. Small to companion sized pets allowed. You must inform the owners of type and breed of pet in advance. We must know in advance for both of these particular guests. The area is hilly and the apartment is on the 2nd floor with 2 flights of stairs so may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems. Smoking is prohibited. There is an automatic charge of £25 if this is discovered.
